thank you for this awesome tutorial and powerful software.... i am also using this software for my project and learning many things from this channel. but i got one problem i need clean model with quad topology in my project but reality capture only gives triangulate version of model so i took that model in zbrush cleaned it up uv it and i reimport that model in RC for texture projection ....but after i export my model with texture that model again got triangulate why is that happening and is there any solution for it ........help will be much appreciated.... Thank you....!!

RC breaks the topology into triangles when imported, so there is no other option for now.
