At 4:37 I'm unable to decipher what's said about what you must do when setting Geo-referenced to no, something about locking absolute coordinates (?) to be sure they won't shift or move when aligning to photos. Thanks for clarifying how to lock the scale from LidAR, so that the photogrammetry aligns to it and not the reverse.
Great video...question: what if the "merging components" fails to align a laserscan group to a photogrammetry group? how can you align than? are there any video tutorial to do so? thanks!

Locking the poses of the laser scans. You can do it in 1Ds view when you have selected those laser scans and set Locked in Prior pose settings
