37 towers, 24 floors each and 6 to 8bflat each floor means over 7000 families and 1 big club house. You can imagine the fight and chaos. Dont buy flats for club houses.. check layout sun direction ventilation and carpet area. Plus consider that recession and job market is worsening so would you be able to pay 70k pm emi
