Unfortunately I can see that getting crazy dirty being white / beige. Even with it being washable I’m very hesitant to buy it. Great review though. Thanks ❤
You can buy it in gray! The white one has also cleaned up completely with soap and water thus far. The gray version might avoid stains better though. Thanks for watching!
Strange…must be sold out of that color at the moment. I have a white and a gray one :) I even see the gray one in some of their product pics on the site. Might come back soon, but you never know. I think the white one looks sharper anyway :) Thanks for watching!
@@TheTravelerToolKit cool. I’ll keep a look out for the grey. What do you think of it not having arm rests? Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us about the chair.
For sure! Always happy to share :) I don't miss the armrests. Honestly, the armrests on mot bag chairs are useless anyway. I've been using the smaller Cliq chairs for years and these are a welcome upgrade. They also don't recline you back as far as the smaller ones do. Hope that helps!
This new one is no longer smaller than the 15 dollar folding chairs you can get at the store. There are 0 reasons to pay $275 vs $15. The original cliq at least could argue it's $110 price tag by being able to say it's the size of a large water bottle (I still wouldn't pay $110. To get that small, they gave up some comfort) now they went full circle and made it more comfortable by giving up on the small size but tacked on a $275 price tag. Just buy a $15 dollar folding from the store.
That’s not really true :) It still folds up to be much smaller than your run of the mill bag chair. About 50% smaller, in fact. I would argue that it is also more comfortable and will last a LOT longer. That’s why it sells at a much higher price point. You’re not making an apples-to-apples comparison…but, to each his own! Thanks for watching.
Anybody out there have the original Cliq Classic chair? If so, drop me a note below and let me know what you think of the Riviera!
Must-have for picnics
Absolutely!
Need to get one for hiking
Absolutely! These are great to put in a backpack. Thanks for watching!

@@TheTravelerToolKit I’m on cliq’s website right now and the riviera is only offered in white.
