They become part of your family and when the time comes to play God, it's heartbreaking, not least the fact it's on your head, even though you know it's for the best 😭😭. I went through the same about 7 year back and won't have another one due to that. On a brighter note, I've only just discovered your channel, first one I watched was the Brownhills one and all way through I was thinking I bet they're from round my part of the world, accent an that! Then towards the end you say your heading back home to Barnsley, brilliant, I'm 'frum tarn' too. Needless to say I've now subscribed and look forward to watching your adventures. 😊

We have gone through it too. No deeper pain…right there with loosing a partner or child. They are our furbabies especially after the kids leave the nest and they do everything in their power to love you and make you happy. Good on you to get another one. We went through it too,took us 5 years to have another dog. Last one was Ben,this one is Bracken. Working cocker spaniels. Lovely site you were on, can't beat a pub on a campsite 🥂🥂🥂
Sorry to hear about Buster... we have a Border Terrier he's 7and a half... blue and tan... and they're great little dogs... super intelligent with great little characters but can be a bit stubborn... ours loves travelling and has been thousands of mile with us caravanning... ours is called Ted so... you're not calling yours Ted by any chance are you?... cheers... Terrible losing a dog, not just a dog, a big part of the family, so sorry for your loss, know exactly that feeling. So glad you have got another one though, never a replacement, just different, border terriers are lovely little dogs, Tyler's best friend is a Border terrier called Sasha, they love each other, great to see them together. Campsite looks very nice, in better weather though 🙂 Looking forward to seeing the pup, take care, Trev Debz and Tyler x x
Hi Both so sorry to hear about Buster. We know exactly how you feel as we lost our 18 year old Westie Tegan 2 weeks today and Dylan who was 15 last July. They leave such a gap in your life it'd awful. Treasure the memories and fabulous news about the new puppy. He will have an amazing life with you in your adventures. Our 2 loved the caravan. We think you've called him James or Jameson after the Whiskey😂
