The cousin of a jury member in the NY case Trump was fighting, posted Trump is being convicted of those bogus charges, before the verdict was even read and again before the guilty verdict, jail/prison officials were being prepped on how theyd need to house Trump as an inmate which Ive never heard of before in my life. How many defendants in "criminal" cases, have had jail or prison officials prepping for the defendants incarceration, as the damn trial is in progress and before being found innocent/guilty? Id love to know how these particular jurors were selected and their backgrounds because I think itd be safe to say, the jury was orchestrated, not at all random citizens and more than likely are very intertwined with Soros, Judge Merchin, the Clintons, Obamas, Bidens or even FBI intels etc

Man! I am used to living the life of being judged, looked down at, being pushed aside, talked about behind my back, and having my reputation being lied about. Maybe more people need to get used to this so they can grow thicker skin. And yes. My Dad's side of the family hates me to this day cause I don't follow their Democratic beliefs. I grew up knowing that Democrats are spiteful, full of hatred, closed-minded people the second you don't agree with them on something. No joke. I grew up this way.

My understanding was that the judge's instructions were that only 4 jurors must agree on any one charge. This is not even a majority of jurors! It implies that a conviction can be obtained despite the presence of reasoned or reasonable doubt. It's a "first we try him, then we hang him" set of instructions.
Our system of justice states that the accused is to be proven guilty by their accuser BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. If all it takes is 4 out of 12 jurors to convict, this means that 8 jurors may have REASONABLE DOUBT. Even an angel could be found guilty by the standard in this court..

Update on the NY case. A post was discovered that was put up by a cousin of one of the jurors in the Trump case that stated that their cousin (a juror) told them that Trump was going to be convicted. The Judge sent out a letter to all the parties that this violation had occurred. Now the case can be thrown out as a mistrial. Yep!
