Wicked run 115mph on a 6s Castle system Impressive, I got an Arrma Felony this month i call her Serena 2.0 and put my MMX8s\1717 1,650kv combo from my XO-1 into her and she rips even with stock 16t pinion really need to get a GPS one of these days and see how fast she'll go.
I just got a run in with my AK-917...149mph and another blown tire and now I'm sitting in my car getting rained out, I was gonna run the Felony tonight, I did some adjustments and hopefully we'll hit 120. I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow. I ran 157mph with your setup in my AK last year on 8S 😁
@@fastesteddiercmayhem2959 Wow, How did you get that 1717 motor to fit in an AK-917? I have an AK-917 too but it has a Horizon\Onyx 70\4,000kv system in it just to run at slower speeds.
Get a max6 g2...they are cheaper and you can run 8S..I think 115 was maxed out with the mmx6s..what motor you running?? I have a 35t pinion on in this video...just put in a max6 and a 4985 1580kv..we'll see how it goes this weekend!👊 this setup should get me up to 150mph and then I am going to go dual motor because I bought 2 motors already just need another max6 g2 👊
I just soldered the little rca jack thing piece back onto the circuit board for the antenna from my booster. That's the only antenna hooked up so I guess that might have been it.....I get super range with my remote and I've never had any issues.

Everything is stock except the Castle upgrades.
