I’ve watched a couple of these tutorials 3 or 4 times each! Your slow and steady tutorials cover all the bases and answer the ‘how do I do….” questions I have. You have the heart of a teacher. Well done!!!
As a beginner, this tutorial is really informative, easy to follow and everything is perfect, seriously I really appreciate your effort that you put for help other out. This vdo mean so much to me. I hope to see more of it and inspire other guru out there. Thank you a lot. I wish you success and everything.
This is one of the most heartwarming comments that I've got within these 2 years. Thank you Prak. I really appreciate it and I'm glad you've found my videos helpful...
Any new video about 3ds Max and vRay (6) will be very appreciate becouse of your clean and exaustive explanation! Expecially advanced...lighting, material, render settings! Thanks for your job!
Thank you, thank you, thank you…. 🎉 Thank you for your precious time, patient and ability to explain every step of this pretty complicated process in such accessible language. Your work is life changing …. and time saving 😊
Another excellent video. Very well explained. I think V-Ray is more difficult than Corona. I liked your explanation of the materials. A hug from your fan from Portugal.
Thank you very much for your comment. I'm glad you like my content. V-ray is not that complicated if you give it a chance. But I wouldn't argue with your point that Corona is a bit more simplified for its audience target which is the archviz industry.
I believe that I’ve already replied to your comment but for some reason it’s not here 😃. Anyway, I would absolutely consider it and will make a tutorial about it in the near future. Thank you for your suggestion.
Very useful!!Thank you so much, HM Studio! Your video tutorial was incredibly clear and helpful. Your channel is a fantastic resource, and I can't wait to see more of your content. Keep up the fantastic work!
Love your tutorials, thank you. To lighten a material, what is the advantage of using an output map vs. adjusting the gamma using a color correction map ?
If you use a color correction you change values in a linear way, while an output uses a curvature. It's more of a blend rather then a hard color correct.
thank you for this detailed tutorial, but i have a question, i cant seem to find anything related to vray in my 3ds max 2023 version. no vray material, no vray camera. can you please help me?
Thank you for clearly explaining, but I had trouble applying material on my created editable poly object. The material did not appear even after rendering but just plain color. Help, please!!!
Good afternoon. In the tutorial: A complete guide on how to do INTERIOR LIGHTING with CORONA RENDERER for 3DS MAX 2020 | LIGHTMIXER, you used CoronaPortalMtl material to help reduce noise. In recent versions of Corona Renderer, what material replaced this CoronaPortalMtl?
Unfortunately Arnold is not that common among archviz artists. I'm afraid it's not going to have any audience... But if I get enough requests, I will absolutely consider that. Thank you.
Hi. I have another video where I modeled this scene. You can find it on the channel. The floor plan is available to download in that video's description.
Just to collapse the stack and get rid of the uvw map modifier that’s already there. You can also add an edit poly or edit mesh modifier on top of the uvw map and go from there and these are two different approaches that work the same. It’s always good to convert the geometries to editable mesh after you’re done with editing them cuz it will reduce the file size and make the whole scene work smoother…

Hello ! thank you for the lesson ! i have a question. Why dont you use Collorcorrection in glossiness map, to brighten or darken the maps?
Hey there. That is also possible but I like to use the curve since it gives me more control over what I want to achieve :)

Hi. In the most recent version you don't need to do anything about that. Just ignore that part...

I make the exposure vale up to 13 but it still so bright what should i do
Could you please make also a render video with Arnold render and materials? 😊😊
Unfortunately Arnold is not that common among archviz artists. I'm afraid it's not going to have any audience... But if I get enough requests, I will absolutely consider that. Thank you.
