Wow how delicious I’m one of your new subscribers and I had already nicked your gravy recipe from your roast pork dinner , so to save myself even more trouble I shall see you at your house on Boxing Day with my four French bulldogs 😂😂😂😂😂 !!! Seriously though absolutely cracking video thanks so much God Bless
@donnaregan9189 awh thanks so much, your comment means a lot. I'm not a chef but I do try 🤣 Extra treats on the shopping list then for your 4 plus my two 🤣🤣🤣 Take care and thanks again 🙏
Hi Tracy.Sadly we don't have pease pudding in the south.I do originate for chester le st Co Durham but moved to Mansfield in 1965 when the pits closed.Tesco started selling pease pudding but then stopped. So I have to make my own.xxx
@@traceysallotmentNcooking lol I always find brute force wins out 🤣 they're real good, tesco ones are the best I think, even over the branded ones. But it's more a personal taste thing isn't it, if we all like the same we'd be boring xx
@mummycookshomemade I'm the same I don't buy branded it's either aldi or Tesco. And Tesco red wine ones are lovely in a casserole. I picked them up by mistake once and was suprised 😄
I did not know you made a gravy/meat/ sausage mix! Much better than our Canadian cold sandwiches! So very kind of you to respond to my request, Tracey. Greatly appreciated! And it looked darn good! I've had pease pudding once only, homemade by a first nations friend on Christmas. It was so good! When you said you were cooking for nine, did you mean this night, or will be later on Christmas? That's a big crowd! Thanks again, Tracey!
I made 9 of those sandwiches that day. There are 3 in my household but I made some for my parents and neighbours 😊 We make curry hot sandwiches mainly with left overs 😋
@@traceysallotmentNcooking Delicious hot curry sandwiches! I am sorry I live so far away. I would trade you one for some of my Apple Dabble cake, which is apple cake with a caramel sauce!
Just finished watching and got suggested me own vid 😂not bothering with it tho , don't like reruns lol very different to what we do Boxing day 😊 but looked very good ❤
@mummycookshomemade morning we used to do buffet table with cold meats etc but it's more of my husbands tradition he brought with him lol we enjoy it xx
I enjoyed seeing your tradition Trace, however supermarket rolls are no longer what they were - they're ghastly now. If you have a bakery nearby support it.
Unfortunately the two local bakeries in my village shut down due to rising costs and I'd have to travel further afield for bakery ones. I do at times make my own but didn't have time lol 🙃
Looks delicious! Great cooking

@@traceysallotmentNcooking Look for "Apple Dapple" with carmel sauce. We call it Dabble but it's really dapple. Be warned, it has loads of sugar!
