But unfortunately white collar jobs these are not that easy. Labour jobs no one does background verification. So you can do what ever you like. With white-collar if you raise these issues you will be black listed.

Bro when we going for a interview they are not letting to know nothing about company and they are asking atleast 12 hrs of work and you have strech atleast 2or 3 hrs extra and the salary is very low for the work

I work in an big mnc where our work policy and culture is clearly defined.No bullying by seniors or juniors.Threre is a seperate survey and rating for managers by the juniors,where they can express their problem regarding manager.Company takes the survey very seriously and in case the rating for manager goes down,he will be warned.Hence no office politics.
This depends on what caste you are buddy, i faced bullying right after they know i dont have punul in one company.management always favour critical resources, if you complain about a critical resource and company would loose millions fr firing tht resource, what do you think they going to do?
