I love this story. But my favorite from The Missing Adventures is Freedom of The Daleks because it gives us an explanation of how The Daleks survived The Final End.
It's a fine and engaging story but the villain, Salamander, sounds like a glue-sniffing German with a really bad French accent. Every time I suspend disbelief and get back into the story, Salamander's stupid voice pulls me out again. A pity since it is a good story.

Why upload so much dead air from the end of the tapes? Imagination can provide the images but not audio.
I was wondering that same thing after listening to part 1, I expected part 2 to pick up right there, like the Big Finish cds
