    1. Air drying:
Tie herb stems in small bundles and hang upside down in a warm, dry, well-ventilated area
Place herbs on drying racks or screens in a single layer
    2. Oven drying:
Spread herbs on a baking sheet
Set oven to lowest temperature (usually around 150°F/65°C)
Leave oven door slightly open for air circulation
Check and rotate herbs every 30 minutes until crisp
    3. Microwave drying:
Place herbs in a single layer between paper towels
Microwave in 30-second intervals, checking frequently until crisp
    4. Dehydrator:
    Arrange herbs on dehydrator trays
    Set temperature between 95-115°F (35-46°C)
Dry for 2-4 hours, checking regularly
    5. Silica gel drying:
Cover herbs with silica gel in an airtight container
Leave for 1-2 weeks until completely dry
    6. Salt drying:
Layer herbs between salt in an airtight container
Leave for about 2 weeks, then brush off salt
Remember to store dried herbs in airtight containers away from light and heat. Would you like more details on any of these methods?
