In this case I can play a Bb major pentatonic, but it would be nice to accentuate each chord that sounds with its respective scale, right? which is difficult for me, because I see that it sounds good with the Bb penta, but if I could do the 1-3-5 of each chord it would be better, the fact is that it is a bit difficult for me, do you know how I can improve?

Start very simple…just play the root note of each chord and build from there. Then start to add either a 3rd, 5th or any note that is moving towards the next chord. Don’t try to do anything too busy, just practice keeping the root note on beat one and a different note on beat 3. Once you are comfortable with this then you can add other notes from the scale etc.
