Connie Stewart Thank you so much! I have been watching several other videos by some very lovely creative ladies, and I MUST tell you that I LOVE yours the BEST!!! Thank you for ALWAYS showing us what we are making BEFORE getting into it. Thanks you for NOT spending 15 to 30 minutes going on and on about the products you are going to use and showing us the "unboxing and packaging while waving your gorgeously manicured hands around in front of the camera! Thank you so much for just getting to the point and getting straight to the project without a lot of extra commentary! :) I see most other videos run from 45 to 90 minutes. I find myself fast forwarding through them and going to the end FIRST to see what the finished project looks like before choosing to sit through an hour or more of "instruction" Your projects are gorgeous! Your directions are short and sweet and extremely easy to follow and I LOVE how you use minimal products! You ALWAYS show us how to make the most of what we've got and I really appreciate that! I'm a fellow consultant and I just wanted to say a HUGE, GIANT "THANK YOU!!!!"
Connie, I enjoy ALL of your videos but this one for mass producing Christmas cards is PHENOMENAL!! I absolutely love it! When I mail holiday cards to my aunts & cousins out of state (but near each other) I struggle to make different cards for each because they always compare my cards & send me tons of compliments!! I know this method will work for most of my sent cards but you gave me an idea as to how I could send even the ‘mass produced’ cards to my relatives who live near each other!! As I prefer the straight edge look to the torn look I can easily adhere a piece of ribbon down the middle with a knot or bow in a different color per card & add a paper or die cut poinsettia to the blank area on the front of the card or a stamped poinsettia or a beautiful lamppost stamp to make them ‘personalized differently’ to each recipient. Also considering using a silver ribbon knot with small silver jingle bells. Another idea came to me to use white snowflake Brad’s in my stash down paper piece rather than ribbon or even buttons. I’m addition I can change the Christmas paper strip to further make them different & special.Despite adding special personalization to about 8 cards this tip is truly sensational & makes me excited to start Christmas cards this year using your quick method idea rather than agonizing over how to design several very different cards. I didn’t even think of the various alternatives (using your same idea until I watched the video!) I don’t often leave comments but this is so ingenious I had to thank you!! All my best to you & with gratitude for your wonderful weekly tips!!
If you tear half of the cards, and then take the torn off parts and glue them on the back of the DSP. If it is too rippley, run them through the die cutting machine and that will flatten them. Beautiful simple cards!!
I made my Christmas cards using your idea with 6x6 paper. I love the style, but this is a great one for birthday cards. Will try and let you know. I always need birthday cards - part of a 20+ group of ladies in book group. A personal card is always special. Thank you Connie.
Thank you for another great card. I do all my prep work with cutting ,grab dies/punch, ink stamp set, and envelopes put in plastic container til I have time to assemble.
I love mass producing my Christmas cards. I have completed my cards & gift tags already for 2021. Your card example is lovely. You have given me the inspiration to mass produce other theme cards as I need female & male cards urgently. Thank you for sharing Connie.
This is my first try at making more than one card at a time. A friend runs a nursing home so of course I volunteered to make cards for the people who live there. I am far slower than you at making these, but so far mine have turned out well. Thanks for this idea!
Oh Connie, you have inspired me! I’m going to pull out some DSP I’ve been hoarding forever, and make a huge amount of masculine looking thank you cards for the high school’s robotics team, using this technique! Perfect, and not fussy, but hand made and the team sponsors will love it. Thanks again for providing the right idea at the right time!!
I love this technique-filled video!!!! Mass production for any occasion, and for any large group, senior home residents, or large families at any time of the year.
Hi Connie, I have just this minute joined your wonderful group so can't wait to get started on my Christmas cards With covid this year I am having trouble with inspiration and motivation . I am now headed straight for my craft room. Thank you so much. Have a lovely Christmas from New Zealand.
I can see using this idea to create a bunch of 'thank you' cards for after Christmas, or as a set of cards for a gift (5 cards, 5 gifts)-- so many possibilities.
Connie thanks for the ideas on making mass produced cards and making it looks so effective and helps when we all need lots of cards especially at Christmas.
Thanks for the inspiration, Connie! Great reminder that it doesn't have to be complicated. I come up with my basic Christmas design idea fairly quickly, but the place I get REALLY stuck is in the finalization of the details. 🤦🏻♀️😂
Connie, you are a card making machine!! These cards are beautiful and anyone would be lucky to get one. Beautiful colours and that dsp is perfect. Thank you for sharing!
Such pretty cards, Connie! And SO fast and easy! I was looking for a design to have pretty notecards waiting when I don’t have time to stop and make one. This is exactly what I needed! Thank you!
What a winner with these Connie! I love how you show how to do the cutting & all of the tips to guide us, yet somehow you are speedy. Also, I hope you don't mind me sharing, but I used to use the term X-mas all the time, until a dear friend pointed out to me that we are literally crossing (or x-ing) out the name of Christ when we think we are innocently using a common abbreviation. Ever since then I think I'm OCD about trying to use full names & capitalize them.
Great cards, great idea and great video. Thank you so much for getting right to the point. That’s why I like watching your videos. Thank you for sharing 😊🤗
Great card! I usually make 250 cards & I try to find easy cards to make. I try to make it where I can use my stamparatus a lot. That makes it go even faster.
I love this way to mass produce Christmas cards! Mine were too tedious last year, so I love this way of making them. Thank you Connie! You’re always “spot on” :)
So many wonderful ideas for making a lot of really beautiful cards! It would be a perfect way to make card sets for gifts. Connie, you are just amazing! Thanks again for all the great ideas.
This is when you can pull out your old deckle-edge scissors and edge distresser. Love this.
I have deckle scissors and lots of border punches!
I only kept the deckle & ripple scissors. Underrated these days!
Or the deckle trimmer, to begin with! These *are* gorgeous!
Great!

These are so simple, yet classy and elegant. I had a much more difficult card planned. I think I'm changing my plan. Gift tags is a good idea
I'm picturing blue and silver snowflakes. Thanks for relieving my stress about Christmas cards.

I love these cards! I only wish I was as confident about stamping at the end of the process. You do it with such ease. Thank you for sharing!
Cindy, that is so nice of you to say. Thank you for watching.
Quick Christmas cards. Very cute too. Love them!! Nancy Leeis

Beautiful simple cards!!
Thank you Connie! That's an awesome way to get all those Christmas cards done. 😀
@@simplysimplestamping your welcome
I love that you teach us first to score then to cut. Thank you.
Love the idea and the card is great.

Cute and quick thanks for sharing.🥰🥰🥰🥰
Pretty cards! How about using a punch instead of a die. To me that would make those cards a little faster yet. Great tips. Thanks, Connie
That was my thought but wondering what punch to use
Nice job describing the mass-producing process. And I like your card, too! And the bonus of Christmas tags put the icing on the cake. Thanks!
Thanks Connie this is a great idea. I have to make 150 cards to go with Christmas Hampers for our Foodbank clients at church.

Brenda, isn't it so nice to be able to do them this way.
Love mass producing projects! Call me duh but I love that you score b4 you cut. I've begun doing that & it's surprising the amount of time it saves.

FABulous!! I love this! don’t have a die-cutting machine so I’d use a punch for the opening. Thank you, thank you!!

Michelle, me too. It is so easy and adds extra texture.
