@nuj2d there are now 2 types of cast times--variable and fixed cast time. variable cast time is reduceable by dex and int. so to answer your question, some warlock skills casting time can be reduce by dex and some cannot (for example: Energy Coat).
this video inspired me to grab a 150/50 warlock in valkyrie. inquisitor is really my idol from in-game to rwc 7v7. :D and this video is far more realistic compared to others who only posts cropped videos rather than their whole duration of stay in the PVP room.

@Mitsurugh if you go on planning solo or with a partner Archbishop 115-130 - rachel sanctuary 131-150- biolab (level 2, where the kids play) or if you have a party, you could go to Endless Tower and go beat down bosses :D

Sir, i always watch your video and it always inspire me on continuing my high wizard in new loki. i have a question. how were you able to fit all the skill points? when i tried to use a skill simulator and planner online, tetra vortex consumes almost all my skill points. how were you able to fit all the skill points to be able to level up marsh of abyss, white imprisonment and recognized spell, and leveling up frost misty up to lvl 4? Please answer my question sir :( thank you :D

oh my god, in idRO there was nothing about waiting your warlock to cast/summon your balls :x. Genetic: acid demonstration you whereas you seen, either the shura that Gate of Hell ing you when you are in cast.
