Sun Visor Replacement - 2007 Kia Sportage

I replaced the sun visor on a 2007 Kia Sportage with one from the junkyard.
The old sunvisor would not stay up.
I am not a professional mechanic. Do what I do at your own risk as I may, or may not do it correctly.
