That was a really great video Mark . When you have someone that enjoys what they do they make a good employee . My last job I wore many hats and really enjoyed working there for 7 years until I became ill . I do miss working , better some now but not able to work from residual effects of the illness. Thank you for making these videos I try to watch all of them. wishing you & your family a great weekend.

Awesome update mark and team so glad how the new location is coming along. You guys are gonna keep killing it and that is great advice if you have someone not happy with their role or not working out when you can find a role that may suit them better and in the end make them happier 💪 have a great dang day and stay safe out there

I love the wisdom here. The random movie clips are super distracting and make this hard to watch. I’d rather hear what you have to say than some actor.

So then, when I say I gotta run to home depot but instead drive around a few minutes, come back and they're sitting around staring at their phone and nothing appears to be done, what position should I reassign them to?

Your going to have to weld square tubing around the conx boxes while you have them square

your going to do pretty well on youtube you went ahead and got a HD camera which is good and quick edits to drive home points of well known movies everyone in your audience will know and love and you have a purpose you made me watch and i dont know shit about fences or employees but i know one thing now i like you as a person and thats the biggest thing ive found with newer creators can you show through the screen anyway bro thats my 2 cents also think about buying another bucket they cheap at lowes lol

Your videos are wonderful in your sharing experiences and allowing others to learn from them. You're obviously really knowledgeable. In my opinion, this is a professional channel so I'm not sure why your content editors are mucking it up with the *many* cutaways for 'funny' bits trying to emphasize points. It's just not needed. You have a great personality and an honest delivery, please let's just see you. The other stuff is not needed, it just takes away from the quality of the information you share and the trust you build with your audience by sharing your knowledge of a topic.

I heard that on a safety course i was on, about not over filling the 🪣 your 🧠 can only cope with so much information, i remember the instructor saying it came from the Airforce, when training fighter pilot's about information overload
