yup. Sometimes it happens to me literally out of nowhere, in the sense that what I'm doing or thinking at the time doesn't have anything to do with the dream I'm remembering.
I’ll share one: I had a dream where I was in this small space, it looked like a kitchen but every thing was white and there wasn’t any roof. Then I got like moved to another place. It was a funeral home, the funeral home when my grandpa was passed. It was weird because there was nothing in the room. Just stairs and a fluorescent light. I then saw someone walking down the stairs. “Grandpa” I said that but my mouth didn’t move. My grandpa came over to me and hugged me. Patted me on the shoulder and then walked away. Then everything went dark. I woke up the next day crying, I then went to the cemetery with my mom, when I got a glimpse of my grandpa on the hill, which had then faded away. The day stayed with me forever, and I’m surprised I can still remember it.
These all feel like places where someone had a long-lasting memory that would impact them for the rest of their life.... ...but when you remove the people and the liveliness from the picture, things are different, for lack of a better word.
to me, fever dreams feels like your head splits open and a bunch of thoughts and concepts enter and exit at the same time, leading to a never-ending duration of madness.
Yeah, some other comment mentioned the mood being set by the humming noise of the compressors (like saying it reminded him of that or would work even better in the vid with that sound), and the slightly too cold and humid old-hospital breeze. It really does look like exactly that place and time, even though I haven't seen a hospital like that since I was very young, or really at all in my clear memories at this point. This channel is magic. There's a pic later on than that one that really looks like a hospital iirc, that's what triggered talking about that.
True! Lots of nostalgia here. I remember places like this and I always have memories or dreams about them. They always sit in my imagination and instead of discarding them, I keep them and use them in things such as art or just to act as a place where I can just let my mind wander and imagine certain things. The aesthetic has always stuck with my my entire life and I just think it’s amazing.
1:46 I’ve been to this place !!!! :) 4 years ago in 2016 . If I’m right it’s in Berlin Germany, it’s near a contemporary art gallery. It’s a very aesthetic place. Even if it looks underground there’s actually very bright windows further that you just can’t see on the pic. There’s also wooden boards on the walls where you can draw anything you want (you can see one at the back) which I did obviously. This was great to remember thank u :)))

When I was little (5 to 8 or around there) I had a repeating dream that felt like a fever dream but I don't think it was because I had it so often. It started of in a neon kiddie roller coaster with black lights. And it would go to a HUGE version of a bouncy castle and sometimes there was 1 or 2 other kids there but I was alone most of the time. And then some other stuff might have happened (it's a bit foggy) but them I would out of no where be behind my grandparents house and I would be thrown up and over it and whenever I landed it felt like a punch in the stomach but without the sharp felling from the fist and then I just woke up like nothing happened
(3:00) you are playing in a fun house and they announce "fun house will close in 5 minutes." you tried to exit but they already closed the park. everyone , parents , friend are gone. you start to afraid because 4-5 hour already passed. it's midnight. you heard a growling behind you. turned back but saw nothing. saw two shiny point front u. tried to scream but if you do that the monsters in the dark will hear you. tried to escape but falled on floor. your leg stuck in a corner. shiny points comes closer every seconds. a few seconds ago , people heard a kid scream. they called 911 and opened the fun house's door. they found nothing. not a blood , not a shoe or not a thing. there's just a note on floor where you lost : "i allways come back." note : i know some of you remembered the fnaf story "into the pit". i inspired that story when i writing that. thanks for reading , have a nice day! oh by the way , we will meet in future. see you next time :)
1:45 - ok, this one is pretty accurate for me, so many times I dream about walking on underground or even above ground or buildings and pathways that makes absolute no sense at all, with confusing directions and people doing confusing things like crawling into tight spaces, having to jump over fences, taking a train with no trails in the middle of nowhere and climbing the engines instead of boarding them, going into shops or shopping malls like mazes, streets that get so slanted that you literally have to climb the asphalt to keep on going, walking on cardboard scafolding, beds at the top of four stores stair cases that keep swinging, and many more
Most of my dreams have a surreal feeling to it, i have no explanation to why does it feel like that, its just weird versions of places i already been, but with a weird lighting, like an inexplicable climate, not day or night, between the two, sometimes the sky is black, and nothing makes sense when i try to remember it but in the dream it feels like it makes sense, people keep suddenly dissapearing, like a person is talking in my dream and then PUM, when i look to where he was, he is not there anymore, if i try to tell a dream i had, you will not understand, but i can tell how most of them feel.
2:16 this place is unfamiliar, but, it feels like a dream where something is gonna run out of that dark area and chase me. There’s a lengthy hallway behind me and I just got out of the back room of a workplace. I run up a small flight of stairs with the thing still chasing me and realize I need to turn around _now._ I jump over the railing but stumble, and I turn onto my back as the thing jumps over too. It’s fully in black, like a body suit but it has red eyes. It grabs my around the middle with one of its long, flimsy arms. I wake up.

Let’s make up a story 2:46 It’s 1998. Your a small, 6 year old kid at the mall with your family- your mum is eyeing all the high heels on sale, your dad is trying to find a bench to relax his legs, and you and your 4 year old sister are trying to find a toy store so you can BEG your parents for a toy. Your mum finds a deal she likes but lucky for dad there is a bench outside. Looks like you will have to wait a bit for toys. You sit down and start to colour..but as the time passes by you’re just sitting for longer and longer. There is so many areas of the mall you haven’t explored yet. There was this one path-(arch thingy in top right) that you hadn’t explored yet, so why not just explore? You did that all the time at home! Barely anyone was here today, or even went to this mall anymore. Apparently it started going down hill in 1990 when a new one opened. But it was still your parents favourite to go to. When no one was looking, you ran down the white marked tiles and down the corridor. What’s down here? 1:49 It was fairly dark, and you didn’t have a light on hand so it was hard to see. You started going down the staircase. Down all the steps. You were a bit scared but nothing would stop you in the end. You were so eager. It took a long time to get down the steps, you counted all the levels and there was 17 so far! Since you so tired, you decided to take a break before going down the last set of stairs. That’s when you started thinking-“maybe I should go back?mum and dad might be worried! Maybe they are leaving! Maybe they didn’t get me a toy!” But no, this was a once in a life experience and you won’t be able to go down there again. So down the last set you went... 2:00 After going down that many steps, you finally got down. “Aw come on, just an empty storage room?! Boring!” You thought. You started to get a cold shiver, and overall just felt really uncomfortable in there..but then you remembered something! This place isn’t scary, or a storage space it’s where your sister had her birthday party! But it felt so off?..like something was missing. All the liveliness, the bright lights, the music, people, decorations were gone and now it was just an old, empty backroom. Maybe you should head back up. You didn’t like it there.. 1:49 You started coming back up but heard a muffled voice come on the speaker “attention shoppers! the moonlight mall in 2 minutes at 8:00pm. Attention shoppers!” You had to be quick. You started running and running up the steps, but felt sick..dizzy and as you were about to pass out heard: “Attention shoppers! The moonlight mall is closing now, attention shoppers!” And heard the door close. You never made it out.
I ask myself why my eyes water when I lock eyes with these photos. I’ve been grieving for so long, I don’t know what I’m grieving for. Why does it hurt? Why do these tears run down my face if I’m no longer hurting? I mean, that’s what I think at least.
I had this reoccurring dream nightmare where I'm walking through my suburb but it's a ghost town and I get to a house that always has given me pause ...the more I had these dreams the more I would progress against my will into the house the last time I had the dream I went right in and I've never had it since but my life has been hell tho
I remember a very specific fever dream where the punisher came into my room through the window and said I had to live with him now and then just carried me out of the house it wasn’t terrifying but I remember it felt very surreal and uncomfortable because I think I knew saying “no” wasn’t an option. It was essentially a kidnapping but a “gentle” one.

you are playing in a fun house and they announce "fun house will close in 5 minutes." you tried to exit but they already closed the park. everyone , parents , friend are gone. you start to afraid because 4-5 hour already passed. it's midnight. you heard a growling behind you. turned back but saw nothing. saw two shiny point front u. tried to scream but if you do that the monsters in the dark will hear you. tried to escape but falled on floor. your leg stuck in a corner. shiny points comes closer every seconds. a few seconds ago , people heard a kid scream. they called 911 and opened the fun house's door. they found nothing. not a blood , not a shoe or not a thing. there's just a note on floor where you lost :
"i allways come back."

1:45 - ok, this one is pretty accurate for me, so many times I dream about walking on underground or even above ground or buildings and pathways that makes absolute no sense at all, with confusing directions and people doing confusing things like crawling into tight spaces, having to jump over fences, taking a train with no trails in the middle of nowhere and climbing the engines instead of boarding them, going into shops or shopping malls like mazes, streets that get so slanted that you literally have to climb the asphalt to keep on going, walking on cardboard scafolding, beds at the top of four stores stair cases that keep swinging, and many more
Most of my dreams have a surreal feeling to it, i have no explanation to why does it feel like that, its just weird versions of places i already been, but with a weird lighting, like an inexplicable climate, not day or night, between the two, sometimes the sky is black, and nothing makes sense when i try to remember it but in the dream it feels like it makes sense, people keep suddenly dissapearing, like a person is talking in my dream and then PUM, when i look to where he was, he is not there anymore, if i try to tell a dream i had, you will not understand, but i can tell how most of them feel.

2:16 this place is unfamiliar, but, it feels like a dream where something is gonna run out of that dark area and chase me. There’s a lengthy hallway behind me and I just got out of the back room of a workplace. I run up a small flight of stairs with the thing still chasing me and realize I need to turn around _now._ I jump over the railing but stumble, and I turn onto my back as the thing jumps over too. It’s fully in black, like a body suit but it has red eyes. It grabs my around the middle with one of its long, flimsy arms. I wake up.

Your a small, 6 year old kid at the mall with your family- your mum is eyeing all the high heels on sale, your dad is trying to find a bench to relax his legs, and you and your 4 year old sister are trying to find a toy store so you can BEG your parents for a toy. Your mum finds a deal she likes but lucky for dad there is a bench outside. Looks like you will have to wait a bit for toys. You sit down and start to colour..but as the time passes by you’re just sitting for longer and longer.
There is so many areas of the mall you haven’t explored yet. There was this one path-(arch thingy in top right) that you hadn’t explored yet, so why not just explore? You did that all the time at home! Barely anyone was here today, or even went to this mall anymore. Apparently it started going down hill in 1990 when a new one opened. But it was still your parents favourite to go to.
When no one was looking, you ran down the white marked tiles and down the corridor. What’s down here?

It was fairly dark, and you didn’t have a light on hand so it was hard to see. You started going down the staircase. Down all the steps. You were a bit scared but nothing would stop you in the end. You were so eager. It took a long time to get down the steps, you counted all the levels and there was 17 so far! Since you so tired, you decided to take a break before going down the last set of stairs. That’s when you started thinking-“maybe I should go back?mum and dad might be worried! Maybe they are leaving! Maybe they didn’t get me a toy!” But no, this was a once in a life experience and you won’t be able to go down there again. So down the last set you went...

After going down that many steps, you finally got down. “Aw come on, just an empty storage room?! Boring!” You thought. You started to get a cold shiver, and overall just felt really uncomfortable in there..but then you remembered something! This place isn’t scary, or a storage space it’s where your sister had her birthday party! But it felt so off?..like something was missing. All the liveliness, the bright lights, the music, people, decorations were gone and now it was just an old, empty backroom. Maybe you should head back up. You didn’t like it there..

I had this reoccurring dream nightmare where I'm walking through my suburb but it's a ghost town and I get to a house that always has given me pause ...the more I had these dreams the more I would progress against my will into the house the last time I had the dream I went right in and I've never had it since but my life has been hell tho

My fever dream is always me being REALLY SMALL and a thousand huge trucks are coming towards me
I remember a very specific fever dream where the punisher came into my room through the window and said I had to live with him now and then just carried me out of the house it wasn’t terrifying but I remember it felt very surreal and uncomfortable because I think I knew saying “no” wasn’t an option. It was essentially a kidnapping but a “gentle” one.
