People saying for Ballon d'or and Haaland in the same sentence should see this game and remember he was and is nothing without a good playmaker. KDB is the main reason he has goals.
Did Haaland have KDB at Dortmund ? The reason why Haaland is worse this season than the previous one is mental. He broke most of records in the premier league, won a fkin treble by being the highest goal scorer of the year and got robbed the highest individual prize Ballon D'or by a guy who played 5 good matches 1 year prior to that. If Messi could win the 2010 ballon d'or based on goals against Snejder who had the treble, Haaland should have won the ballon dor against messi who won the world cup (on penalties).
Ballon D'or and Fifa the best and the clowns that vote have broken Haaland's motivation on keeping up, the same way they did to VVD, Lewandowski even Vinicius JR (2022 he was more crucial than any other player apart from the World Cup and Benzema yet he was nowhere near the podium in individual prizes). @@ArnabJyoti-x6f First, did you mean Rodrygo?
1. The speed at which he breaks away to get onto the sublime pass by Vinicius.
2. Once he realizes that Akanji is gaining ground on him, he slows down, taking a touch to let the ball slightly behind him. This lulls Akanji into thinking that he's about to go outside.
3. Dias who also caught up was coming inside to cover but slows down too, which Rodrygo has to see using his peripheral vision but without taking his eyes off the ball.
4. He also realizes that Ortega has come off his goal line and is shaping his body to follow Akanji to the outside.
5. He processes all of this information and decides to not cut to the outside and simply poke the ball through Akanji's legs as he's stretching to cover the outside.
6. The nutmeg has just the right amount of pace on it where it doesn't deflect too much and then just 'grazes' Ortega's leg on the way to the far post.
7. All of the above happens in milli if not micro seconds and results in a goal when most players in that situation would either cut to the outside and wait for support to arrive, or cut to the outside and drive to the by-line, or try to take multiple touches to get to the other side and bend a shot past Dias.

The gap between Courtois and Lunin is astounding...conceding the 1st goal could be the difference between passing or going home at this level...
Maybe Ederson wouldn’t concede that 2nd one either.
@@gajogrande agreed, but you can't say it's an error by the goalie. Lunin's 1st goal,on the other hand,is a historic mistake. Of the kind you pay dearly....
CBS Sports Golazo, This is amazing! I can't stop smiling!
Guardiola’s football is unforgiving for players like Haaland man. The guy is fast, tall, not bad with the ball for his size, great finishing. But because guardiola’s plays requires everyone to hold their position no matter what, Haaland seems invisible even though he does a shadow work by keeping both center backs busy always. We know what he can do… just let him loose! Also it seems like haaland seems less motivated in making useless dummy runs all the time lol. I wouldn’t be surprised to see haaland leaving for a more… chaotic team like madrid to allow him to unleash his full strength.
For those criticizing him… you and I know what haaland is capable of.
3-3 without De Bruyne in Bernabeu is a win for Man City, now they need to finished the job in Etihad, but what a goal from Valverde, that's goal of the year
De Bruyne is no Messi/Ronaldo/Modric, 3-3 is a win for City but a lucky one, except for Foden's goal, all the others were just sprinkles of luck, just like last season's first leg, they got dominated, got a cheap goal and went to the second leg holding the upper hand/
With Curtois it’s 3-0. And Militao is down too
@@aaa2236delusional 😂😂😂
@@blackbox1024Lucky one? RM first two goals were lucky. Shame on your team not winning against MC even though closing out roof along with 85000 fans. MC played better and they always do against RM.
Goal of the year? 😂
What a game. I hope they play the same way the next leg. This is why we the fans pay to watch football.
Did Madrid not play or something? I’m a Barca fan so I hate to stand up for Madrid in a way, but these clowns only discussed Madrid in a “reaction video” to this game.
Madrid could only manage 38% possession at the Bernabeu after resting for 10 days. City dominated them once again and deserve all the praise.
respect coming from a real fan myself, these city guys have so much glazing and bias now these days its insane XD they still will never come close to BOTH real AND barca 10 yrs ago lol if it were those teams we'd crush modern day city easily. Not the same barca and real anymore.
@@imouto4hire you’re truly smoking something good. Possession doesn’t matter if the chances created and goals were the same. How could city dominate when vini and Rodrigo terrorized the city defense the whole game? Each team had their good spells and played amazing
@@SilverWolfEnthusiast yeah the PL bias nowadays is insane. Especially when city hasn’t even been playing that well this season. Sure Madrid and especially barca in ucl aren’t the same caliber they used to be of years back but still to only see city in this video was stupid
@@SirPhillip_10 facts
Bernardo totally totally under rated. Brilliant player.
Bernardo Silva owns Real Madrid😂😂😂
Like Rodrygo owning Manchester City 😆
dude was useless in second half.
Deluded
Brilliant analysis
Bellingham so overrated. Moaned and cheated all game. Disgusting antics all game to get a city player booked or sent off.
Rat
Lol, what a clown here after second leg
finally, the GOAT football analysis show is back.
Real Madrid will beat Man-City next week...
remove your sentiment and think with your brain. There is no way madrid can beat man city in thihad stadium.
@@isaacait.6679 Real beat Chelsea 3-1 in London and got dominated by Chelsea at the bernabeu, Real also barely beat bayern (with guardiola) 1-0 at the bernabeu in 2014 and yet destroyed them away 0-4. Real is not weak and City is not that good but the only thing worse in this is Real is not consistent and their current players are afraid of City, they will hold back and try to get a 1-0 which is a guaranteed recipe for losing, if Real plays an open game, City is out, if Real sits back and goes for 1-0 they are out and not just out but a 0-4 0-5 scoreline.
I believe sp madrid always do bad in the first leg then clutch up last minute but without half the defense and no cf striker it will br a hard game
I could listen to Thierry and Carra speaking about football all day
No mention of the Madrid goals? Did City win 3-0 or something?
Nothing to talk about the first 2 deflections. World class 3rd tho. ✊🏾
City's 3 were a mixture of cheekiness and class.
@jamaican_4_life95 By that logic, none of Haaland's tap-ins are worth discussing about.
Okay Jamaican kid. I hope you are having water in the jungle you live in but nvm that and yes the goal scored by Rodrygo was merely a deflection@@jamaican_4_life95
@@papaaemeritus8813 We like clear goals, and not these deflections goals, just luck. So City won : 1-3
@ericnaudin978 Yeah! City, who couldn't create a single chance in the box, were the unlucky ones.
Anri broke down the first goal perfectly. Vini should have defended, instead of being a wood. Lunin should have put 2 guys into the wall.
Why wasn’t there any review on the madrid goals?
They favour Barca and English Clubs.
Only Valaverde goal was worth talking about. Other 2 goals were lucky deflections.
I agree that I can't take the bias. Sometimes, it's honestly too much
Great crew with great chemistry, don't get me wrong, but all they do are talk about these English teams every match day
Two deflected goals? One was great
@bluemoon1716 Still Did they talk about that one great Madrid goal then?
Madrid was missing a lot of players as well as City.
No Courtious
No Alaba
Modric comes on in the 72nd?
No KDB
No Ederson
Tchoumeni in midfield and courtoius in goal and it’s whole different game
De Bruyne in midfield and Ederson in goal and it's a whole different game.
@@imouto4hire 😂 what a comeback 👏
Mainoo in midfield will be better than tchouameni
@@imouto4hire What does KDB offer more than Silva / Kovacic apart from crossing ? He wouldn't have made any difference in this match. Ederson couldn't have saved any of the RM's goals as they were a deflection and 2 goals from very close range & a rocket volley from inside the box (Courtois on the other hand would have saved Bernardo's goal and Gvardiol's)
Real also score 3 goal but all the time this show talk about city and city's player 😢😢
Why wasn’t Real Madrid spoken about ? lmao English bias is wild. expected better
Because City were by far the better team once again. Madrid could only manage 38% possession at the Bernabeu after resting for 10 days. This was a must win game for Madrid and the best the best they could manage was a draw thanks to some lucky deflections.
@@imouto4hire Madrid played well & scored 3 goals and they didn’t talk about one.
Who's here after real madrid won the champions league
Bellingham is an average player! Foden clear
Foden was bad all game. He just scored a goal, lol
@@DamianKnox11 "just a goal" you know 🤣🤣🤣
Bellingham just an average player still
@@DamianKnox11he came alive in the 2nd half to shut Bellingham up 😂
@@Triple_X_X midfielders are supposed to do a lot more. What did Foden do other than the Goal?
Moreover, Jude is simply better , it's like Mbappe vs Halaand debate again.
Mbappe is way skilled and atheletic, just like that Jude is skilled while being 6 2'' and being more atheletic.
@@DamianKnox11 Foden BETTER not even up for a debate
Your argument is long which shows you're trying so hard to convince me and yourself 😂
Foden tactically and technically better
Henry's right. This is Rodri's team too. What a player man.
Surely Foden has to be the greatest talent Pep has coached, he’s generational
That's debatable lmao. He's coached a lot of great players. Foden is amazing though.
Didn't Pep coach a pretty good argentinian guy when he was 21?
Messi?
