🎉💪🏻🏅🏃♂💪🏻🎉 BRAVO!!!! What a hoot!!! At the beginning there I laughed when you talked about "now we have nailed nutrition", 'cause me I STILL do my marathons and 50k ultras on only bananas and water!! BUT I'm now getting very close to 3h30 for the marathon and will soon run bigger ultras too so I guess soon I'll have to do something more than that!!
Wow, 3.30, that's super fast. I can only dream of a time like that. But I'm not sure if I should do a road marathon again. My ankles don't like that. Nutrition is a big thing on a 50k, especially if it's a trail and you're going to be out there for a day. You definitely want to train your intestines to handle eating food during the race. It's another piece of the puzzle. Have fun solving that. 😃
What an awesome marathon.!!!!!!!.. would love to give that a go. haha.. I have a similar goal.. i want to get a PB in the marathon at the age of 56 (set the PB at 42) - but I will need to achieve it on a road course. WELL DONE on the result. and great video
Great goal! I hope you're not going to set a new PB in a banana suit 😝 My PB is 4.01 so I definitely have to do something about that as well. I don't like road marathons, but I am thinking of making one exception. However, it does mean I have to start running on the road again and my ankles don't like that.
