I can testify to the power of the ketogenic state. After 4 decades of delaing with severe mental illness, I've now lived medication free for over 5 and a half years. I was lucky enough to appear in an earlier episode (EP 11 of BiploarCast) and feel so honored to be a part of this exploding community of informed, passionate, forward thinking mental health warriors that are radically reshaping the mental health care system!

@@ketobipolar First, thank you for the great work with these interviews, they are right on target at so many levels. As for the markers, for me, it was the reference to the liver's healthy functioning. It is seldom discussed in this context of biomarkers for metabolic mental health, same goes for the gut biome, but Dr Datis Kharrazian's work comes to mind, I'd love an interview with him. Any chance of talking about Berberine and its impact on insulin, blood glucose, mood, speeding ketosis, etc.? For me, it has been such important aid, but I'd like to really understand how it works. To good health :)

It's not focus that's the problem, the video is at 360p max, which is rather low definition. Since that low a definition is rather hard on the eyes, I would encourage going up to 1080p, which is pretty much a standard nowadays.
