- 5.15.24 / by Hamza / Pro-Palestine protesters are demonstrating in response to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) invading Rafah in southern Gaza. The protest started at 6:00 PM at 34th Street Herald Square and ended at 10:40 PM at the CUNY Graduate Center in Manhattan. The demonstration reflects the solidarity of the CUNY community with the Palestinian cause and their opposition to the recent military actions in Gaza.

@@RaviDevgam Your initial comment sounded very insulting, and you may not have intended to come across as criticizing the protesters, but that's how I understood it. The students can exercise their right to protest under the constitution. They are against a genocide taking place in Palestine, and I am confident they will stand up for any other oppressed people around the world. Peace!
@@wyno2661 I understand, it’s complicated between Israel and Palestine and US is providing weapons to Israel. It’s the people of Israel and Palestine should talk how to coexist.
Practically, one nation can’t exist in that region. It should Israel and Palestine together and that is the only way in my opinion.
