How would bundles of 25 be denominated before automatic packaging into shipping boxes? We still twirl them to about face each other in our shop as they exit the Heidelberg supplied MediaStar. In comparison to flyer production for example, I believe your newest buckle folders use paper bands for this purpose.

Dear Andrew,
Bundles are not possible to pack on these kinds of machines. But what I have seen is that bundles could be produced on a Palamides collector and then getting automatically packed on pallets via a roboter system.
Of course there are regulations regarding the box styles and different sizes as well.
