Just bought a 2022 ADV 150. As soon as your kit is back in stock, I’ll be buying it.
best to call and special order as they dont sell super fast so we dont order as quick for stock at times call today after 9 and we will get it ordered that way less waiting for ya

Be good to see a before and after speed wise.
Top speed is the same due to the factory computer.Just accelerates quicker!

Use the 20grms ball , but modified the pulley.... grinder the pulley little bit where you put the balls, removed the corner ....
Replace the clutch and clutch cover.
That perfect.... then try to ride...
Smooth ride but give you much speed.
Or you can do it a combination of balls...
3 pcs of 18grams & 3 pcs of 20 grams....
You will amazed....

If you guys ever figure out an easy way to kill that speed limiter, id love to see. This bike is so tempting, but it only doing high 60s is whats killing me on it
We have added 10 mph working on the video, and working on the limiter soon.
@@Scooterswapshop holy crap you guys are awesome 😂. If possible, maybe see how much you'd get just with the speed limiter removed or speed adding mods to work around it. From videos, im actually fine with acceleration on the bike, i just cant get over that top speed. I know its only a 150, but the fact that they put a speed limiter on a $4500+ bike really rubs me the wrong way. Other things like the drum brake i can get over, that speed limiter is the one thing that really turns me off about it
@@mopedmessiah we’ve already got it to 80 ish on the dyno. Just fine tuning now. 75+ won’t be An issue
@@Scooterswapshop is that with the cam and pipe on it? Or stock numbers? Thats impressive man. Hopefully when i come on a road trip to vegas next year or so i can try to get my bike in to get dynoed. Itd be an honor to unleash the lawn mower storm up in Portland 😂
@@mopedmessiah so that is with a cam and pipe, but it should be able to get into the 70’s with nothing but cvt. We hit 81 on the dyno as it stands, my guess is we will be 90ish when tuned and dialed on stock piston/cyl
.... When are they going to give us the adv 350 in the states... Or the bigger x adv 750... To get Americans to bite they should have brought the 150 & 350... The x adv is a big Ike so I get waiting for interest. But u can do highway speeds on the 350

expensive aftermarker parts not even worth the price in our country we modify cvt parts if you know what I mean

Where do the guide pins / dowells go?
Anyone know where I can find a pic of the service manual diagram for the CVT block bolts? My dog screwed up my perfectly placed pattern of bolts lol
What are the specs of the stock contra spring and clutch spring? What RPM?
Are there any clutches and variators that will fit a CH150? I know that the rest of the aftermarket is dead dry on those

@@Scooterswapshop so far the only thing I’ve heard of is a mention of people modifying GY6 components to fit. But there was no explanation of how those parts are machined or otherwise modified to fit. Perhaps machining the splines to fit?
What is the recommended roller weight if you just switched to the Yuminashi variator and left the clutch stock?

What are the recommended rollers for maximun top speed? Malossi variator and clutch.

Hi, does this affect the fuel consumption significantly? I don't really mind much about the top speed, would be good if can remove the limit, but I would prefer a bit more pick up..xD
fuel consumption only if you ride it different. aka more wide open
it will add fc more if you put to much rpm on both pulley ug torque drive but top speed will suffer
You should try other clutches and variators from South East Asia which is much better for the ADV 150.
Working on that. The issue is most the companies selling them aren’t really great at conducting business.

@@pocofon8383 I've got the TDR variator for the nmax and the stock variator seems to work better
Hello good, I have a pcx 2013 esp and I have 17gr oem rollers, what do you advise me to mount? 16gr, 15gr? Tech pulley ... Dr pulley, variator or clutch to run much more, thanks

Is yuminashi CVT with mix roller 12g &13g + yuminashi clutch bell is good to Install with stock honda adv 150 bike? Any recommendations of rollers or etc to be change or add on?

Do you perhaps know a place I can check for engine diagrams for the adv150 engine I'm interested in knowing valve sizes and such but info is slim although much of the engine seems to share ancestry with gy6
It is nothing like the gy6 and there isn't really anything available what are you trying to do?
@@Scooterswapshop I wanted to see the exhaust and inlet valves differences compared to a 150cc Gy6's valves

Malossi. As we just used in the video we stock them

So, what's the verdict? Out of the box Malossi setup with 12g Malossi rollers, standard white contra and white clutch springs? Good? Way better? BTW I've been uber impressed with DP sliders in the Malossi multivar. Ready to see your other results!

@@scootertweaks adv you need 16-18g. The gain was huge feels like 50% more acceleration
Dr pulley makes the correct size for the malossi adv variator, however they are far too light.

hello I am very interested in what you will be doing to the ADV. I am British and have retired to the Philippines. I used to race Lambretta's when i was younger and have always been into scooters, before i moved to the Philippines in the UK i had a Piaggio X9 250 and a MP3 500 ABS Sport. I now have a Honda Beat 110 Premium 2020 and just bought a ADV that i am going to upgrade, the ADV here comes with a rear disc as stock if you want any pictures of that i can send you, Any parts you design i would be interested to market or help to sell in the Philippines. i did buy a flat seat that came from Thailand. check out my channel on TH-cam.
