But anyway, nice to meet you! Anyway, my recent thoughts are based on a pipe veteran expert’s video, that I just watched on here. The issue in question was, a friend of this man evidently attempted to mail out some tobacco to a friend. That tobacco was intercepted. He was contacted and told that he needed a license to shop tobacco and would be fined $25,000 for mailing out tobacco. He told this person in authority that he was sorry and didn’t know anything about it. They said since he didn’t know, they would let it go. Don’t know where this stipulation or rather law is in effect. But let’s just say, I’m not in the business of taking chances like that. Hence I am hesitant about mailing out pipe tobacco. I will find the video and link it here. Thank you for your interest. Please allow me to check into this further.
