    Love how her curl pattern is still intact even though she is heat trained. Beautiful results 💕💕

    Your hair is absolutely gorgeous. I'm doing this for the entire fall/winter season. It doesn't take much to get my hair straight. I never go over a 415° degree setting just to ensure I don't get heat damage. Thoroughly cleanse, condition, moisturize and prep my hair for heat styling. In between heat sessions I'll have 2 wash day sessions and repeat the wash day process. I also make sure to use less heat when blow drying. I set my blow dryer on medium heat - high speed setting then blast with cool air.

    I’m really enjoying my heat trained hair. Heat training really helps to define your curl pattern…at least in my experiences. You just must find correct conditioner for your hair type.

      If I may ask how long ago did u start with heat and was it hard to manage first time u did it? Not trying to ask too much just need some advice lol ❤️💯👍🏾

    Your hair is just absolutely gorgeous even just blown out. I can’t wait to get to that level of heat trained. I also recently watched your hair story and I definitely think you should bring that up more often so people don’t just assume you’ve always had such luscious hair. You’ve definitely put in the work and are reaping those rewards. New subby! Hope you make it to 10K this year 😊

    Hi Roxanna, I’m Mattie and I’m new to your channel. I ran across on my feed. I’m loving what You are presenting on your platform. I have been thinking about heat training my natural hair. Lately I have been going to the salon getting a silk press on my very fine texture hair. I definitely want to try those products you used in this video. Btw you have such beautiful hair. Thanks for sharing. Blessings!❤️

    Your hair looks great! Your curl patter is completely in tact, wow! Do you normally wash and press every 3 weeks? It seems from a lot of heat trained naturals they wash more infrequently. That's the deterrent for me :sad: I sweat in my scalp easily and need to wash weekly. Your hair looks amazing!

    • @RoxannaRenea
      @RoxannaRenea  2 ปีที่แล้ว +17

      Thanks! I don't always silk press every wash day. Sometimes I only blow dry.

    • @TULIP.1689
      @TULIP.1689 2 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      I wash blow dry and flat iron weekly. My curls are in tact and I use deux mousse and sit under a hooded dryer if I want to wear the wash n go look on occasion. I keep up trims every 8-10 weeks so the ends stay full. You don’t need to do a HARD silky press all the time and the hair straightens easier over time she’s right about that.

    Hi Roxanna! I am new to your page and ALL of your hair videos have been so helpful. I am dealing with hair loss, traction alopecia. I am saving my money to get a transplant.
    So glad I saw your videos about transplant and they were so helpful & informative.
    Your hair looks amazing right now. I wanted to ask you if you have gotten the 2nd transplant w/Dr. Diep? I didn’t see any video about it and I am very curious because I would like to consider him for my transplant. Thank you in advance! ❤

    This is what I want. Do you think we can be heat train just by blow drying the hair?

    • @GabrielleKynis
      @GabrielleKynis ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes high heat blow drying counts just make sure you use a good heat protectant and go go over the hair too much

  • @arielgibson9941
    @arielgibson9941 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Do you do this same routine on every wash day? And how many years have you been doing this? Asking because I just started using a blow dryer to stretch my hair because I keep getting single knots in my hair

    • @RoxannaRenea
      @RoxannaRenea  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes, but sometimes I only blow dry. I don't always flat iton. I started heat training early this year. I recently switched to these products.

    How long have you been heat training?

  • @Danajanene
    @Danajanene 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    I'm confused about heat training your hair. I saw another video said that hair that has been heat trained tends to even be straight when it's wet. I didn't know that hair that is heat trained can still have curls.

    • @RoxannaRenea
      @RoxannaRenea  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes, heat trained hair can still have curls. Here's a video that explains it. th-cam.com/video/hUQxUpsKW50/w-d-xo.html

    Your flat iron isn't hot enough or a really good one that's why its still just a tad bit puffy. Its all about the flat iron. Have you tried babyliss pro sold at ulta?

    I get so much breakage being heat trained any help?

  • @CH-pf6ce
    @CH-pf6ce 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    What is heat trained hair? Hair can’t be trained for something.
    I take it as heat damaged hair and that’s why and how it gets bone straight even more each time

    • @RoxannaRenea
      @RoxannaRenea  2 ปีที่แล้ว +15

      I get what you're saying. Yes it can be damaging if heat is used excessively and the protein bonds are completely altered which leads to bone straight hair. I personally don't want bone straight hair. There are many who heat train who are able to wear their hair straight or curly because they use heat safely and in moderation so it doesn't completely change their hair texture. Others don't care about their texture and rather have bone straight hair. Everyone's goals are different with heat training. Everyone's opinions will be different though. Thanks for watching!

  • @heavensentiajed8082
    @heavensentiajed8082 ปีที่แล้ว

    That bond treatment broke my hair off. I would NOT recommend. I am not protein sensitive
