- Thank you for all the love and support!! Please leave me your questions down below! I LOVE YOU GUYS! MUAWH! XOXO
In this episode of Over The Surface, we dive deep into the age-old question: Where do you see yourself in five years? Join me as I explore my hopes for the future, including dreams of marriage, parenthood, and the aspiration to write a novel. I also reflect on the possibility of stepping outside my comfort zone by relocating from Los Angeles to embrace new experiences in a different city.
But amid these ambitions, I share a crucial message: life is full of uncertainties, and that's perfectly okay. While it’s important to set goals, it’s equally important to remain flexible and open to change. Join me for a conversation about dreams, plans, and the unpredictable journey of life. Remember, tomorrow might hold unexpected opportunities that can shape our paths in ways we never imagined!

i would die for a video of all my happiest memories or things forgotten from my childhood
I always thrived to be a mom as well and thought I was going to be a young mom, but here I am at 32 and finally pregnant. I did start trying 2 1/2 years ago with some bumps in the road, but realized it’s not my timeline it’s Gods.
Thank you Franny for making this episode despite being in pain and not feeling your best! I've also been in a bit of a slump these past few days and I wasn't really sure why. Hearing you talk about taking the pressure off of ourselves to have things done at a certain time made me realize that a lot of my anxiety was about the future, and feeling bad about not having certain things yet in my life. Thank you for reminding me not to put so much pressure on myself, since although it is good to work towards our goals we can't control everything. Hope you feel better, and looking forward to some more book recommendations from you (perhaps even one written by you in the future!) :)
I loved this episode so much. Thank you for sharing your words with us. I truly resonated with everything you touched on. I think it's so important to have conversations like this. Reminds you that you're not alone.
Oh Franny, this episode 😭 this was so cathartic for me. I feel the same way about the future and the anxiety of it all, I really needed to watch this; especially remembering to live life day by day. I’ve been watching your channel since your toast days and omg I am so proud of you!! You’ve established so much and seeing you chase your dreams is so inspiring. You’re not alone Fran! Thank you for this 🩷🙏🏼
Question: Do you ever compare your life to others, and if so what do you do to change your negative thoughts?
Franny, this was honestly my favorite episode so far! All these kind of existential questions are so scary to answer!!!
Thank you for sharing your authenticity with us so generously.
Aww Franny! I loved this episode. Thanks for sharing.
If it makes you feel any better, I’m in the same boat as you. Just feeling off and fuzzy. And also going through the second puberty lol. Sending you lots of love! 🫶
It is just so fun to see you just start yapping it was like I'm on a ft with a friend and they are just casually talking to me
I LOVE IT!!!
This episode was comforting. I actually enjoy hearing you talk about your week and then getting to the question.
Do you ever feel like you are falling behind? How do you become happy with your present?
your videos always seem to come at perfect time for me, as an only child i relate to 99.9% of everything you say 😭
include book of the week ! loved hearing you talk so passionately about this book and listening to the quote was impactful !
I would die for my family, my parents moved across the world for the better of me and my siblings. that aside, I feel like i have died inside in the past due to toxic relationships, and dragging myself out of that was tough. i would die for myself, to make sure i never lose that spark and happiness within me. I would keep fighting for me and my happiness
Hi Franny, from South Africa ❤
I relate so much to what you said! Love this episode 💛
love a little rant and ramble 🩵
How do you forgive yourself after dating the wrong person? Knowing they were bad for you and doing it anyway then picking up the pieces after betraying yourself .. how do you let go of that?
I’ve never thought of moving somewhere even just for a month, that’s a good idea bc I’ve thought I’d need to stay somewhere for at least a year but like a month long siesta/stay somewhere sounds so nice. Not too permanent but enough time to step away for a little
Read and watched the movie perks of being a wallflower as a junior in high school and definitely changed my life (it was for my film class)
Loved this episode ❤
How do you know when you've fallen in love and what does that feel like for you? How can you tell when you're in love with someone compared to when you love someone? Is there a difference or the same?
girl I know that feeling all too well of horrible cramps & throwing up from the pain 🫶🏽 try ginger tea too!
My question- I have been feeling all over the place lately. And it is really hard to get out of it. How do you find the purpose of your life?? I really enjoyed this episode!!♥️
Love the blue top! Where’s it from?
I've never been this early
I felt this episode. Its always been my dream to be a dad and to have a happy healthy relationship but its obvious that there is nobody out there for me. And a word of advice, as a brit i can say don't move to london, the uk is not a nice place these days.
Hi I’m new here. Have you heard of endometriosis? You are describing it so well. The pain is debilitating and severe. Maybe ask your doctor and advocate to get testing done. I got diagnosed through a laparoscopy last year. Cramps definitely shouldn’t feel that way and mine have improved since getting my surgery to remove it.
Could you talk about your relationship with food? I remember you used to speak about it more often. Where are you today do you think you healed your relationship? Do you still feel pressured? How have you maintained the weight off? I’m currently 29 and I feel like it’s a never ending battle
My question: what is it about london that draws your in?
I just got home from such a mentally awful day and could not stop my panic/crying. I was trying to get my mind off stuff & thankfully saw this on my TL, listening to this helped me sm rn. Thank you so so much for a great video Franny!!
Hey franny so my question for is how do you stay in shape and what advice would you give someone who struggles with what others think about them
Many people think that life is greener on the other side
That's not always the case
Nothing in this world is perfect
Also the guess was right it is indeed the 8th episode
i can see you being a literary teacher
hey gir
fave day of the week
I really enjoyed this episode. 🤍
