    can u do me a favour can u ask them how they plan the routes of collecting bins. What computer software do they use? do u know someone who can answer my question

      I believe you can plan routes through software like Bartec Collective however certainly in the case of the Council I’m employed by we just plan the routes ourselves based on the data and knowledge we have of the area (weights of waste collected, number of properties etc)
