I found an 80’s Roland Rat plush in mint condition in a charity shop recently, he was a British children’s tv character in the early 80’s and I couldn’t resist
The helmet is missing it's liner chin strap, you can see on the front of the helmet cover the outline of where the liner chin strap had been. There is a heat stamp on the inside of the helmet that you can look up to see when it was made
Nice hunt Burf. 👍 Think first guy was early XMen movie Cyclops without visor. Crazy find on the helmet dude.😱 Great Stomper set pull too. Thanks for keeping the thrift dream alive homie.
I literally just found that same TMNT playset at my local savers on Tuesday. They had it for $4.99. I was shocked it was already in a thrift and that cheap.
I have a mutant mayhem playset with all four turtles but mine is complete and I bought it offline because I really wanted it bad enough and it was awesome 👍😎
But I'm going to make sure the share my entire Star wars collection to the goodie will gang as of 2024 into next year this is one awesome collection that I own
carefully remove the cover in the front and look at the rim. If there is a seam in the front, the metal shell is WWII. if the seam is in the back, its vietnam era. The quick glimpse of the liner looked WWII.
The high dollar thrift store finds are why i thrift. I do not resell. The higher percentage of smaller dollar amount finds, but still 20 percent or lower of the value, is why the weekly thrifting still is an adrenaline rush. I total up what i would have paid from a brick and mortar or eBay seller and what i saved myself. I also figure in my time and the cost per hour savings, or how much i am saving myself for x amounts of time. If I save $1500 in half an hour and spend $20, I have saved $1480 for 30 minutes work or $2980 in an hour.
i don't mind going to thrift stores. if & when i do go. it's always a hit & miss. it's all depending on what I'm looking for. i look for video games & transformers.
7:31 that's Cyclops from the X-Men movie but he's missing his visor
Burf you are the incredible shrinking man! Congrats on your weight loss my brother
Its great the banna boat song played in the background at 3:07 lol So the guy at 5:38 you didnt know appears to be cyclops from xmen
Fantastic video, Burf! Your flannel shirt is really nice.
So Many Toys I Find Nowadays At The Thrift Shops Before They Even Make Clearance at Retail. Batmobiles, Lightsabers and especially Nerf Guns.

From my understanding they changed the chin straps in Vietnam. They went from the double hook to the ball strap. This one has a double hook
But I’ll have to look under the cover
The figure i think is Cyclops from the live action X-Men movie
Hell yeah great video! Hopefully you and your family had a good Thanksgiving.
A venom action figure awesome
