Found your channel recently and been binging since. The combination of dry humour, skill, and wacky topics is uncanny. These two here would make for a great set of bookends.
I love these sculptures! They do such a great job of capturing the personalities of the characters, and looking just _barely_ realistic while still maintaining their exaggerated features. Nicely done!
I love this Mario series so much!! I got a few ideas for you. How about the Koopalings? You can change Ludwig’s hair into a frill, make Morton’s star-eye have a scar instead, and instead of making Roy pink just “because he’s pink” he could be albino. Anyway, if you don’t see this or have the time to do it, those are just my thoughts. Keep up the amazing work!!

Something tells me the realistic renditions made by one of the God Of War Artist may have been a huge inspiration in making the designs for these two lovable partners in crime. And it's beautiful.

Wario and Waluigi are among my favorite video game characters of all and you did a fantastic job. The nose on Wario doesn't look pink enough and the mustache on Wario not crooked and zigzag enough tho I imagine that's hard to do with clay. Phenomenal work, regardless.

I always thought the way Wario's body was made is pretty funny, it makes me remember the Wheel of Fortune stand user from JoJo's, he has super ripped arms but he has a fat torso, which we can all laugh at.
I think this is probably your best work yet! The amount of detail you crammed into these two, from the wrinkles near the eyes to the stitching on the overalls, is incredible. Great job as always, I can't wait to see you make more tiny nerdy things :D

I'm so glad I found this channel! I wanna get into sculpting, and these videos where you show and explain the entire process help so much! A lot of videos on TH-cam just show a sped up time-lapse without commentary, which is cool to watch but does little to help people understand what's going on. So thanks! Take my subscription :)
these are so great! I was going to suggest doing peach and daisy, but because of weird, misogynistic notions in animation, they have basically the same face and clothes so there's not much point :/
I think they'd be great myself, but the same face? Misogynistic notions? I don't know where you got those statements from. I feel like there are plenty between Peach and Daisy that would set them apart, like Peach's slender figure and reserved tone compared to Daisy's more strong girl sporting nature. Not to mention it would be interesting to see him do a sculpt for characters that would require less exaggeration and more nuance, y'know?
@@jettvalen7326 ok I went and looked them up and you're right, they do have fairly different faces. I didn't really see it until I saw them next to each other. So in this case, I was wrong. The phenomenon in general is known as "same face syndrome". A prime example is frozen's Elsa and Anna, tangled's Rapunzel, and big hero 6's honey lemon all have almost identical faces. Men's faces in those movies are widely varied and expressive, in comparison. It's misogyny IMO because it comes from the idea that women always have to be pretty, so they focus so much on drawing them pretty that they end up with no distinctive features. Either way, I would love to see Adam sculpt them, he has a gift for breathing life (sometimes horrifyingly lol) into these realistic adaptations and I love that

Waluigi’s expression is genuinely horrifying in a way I personally feel is rarely captured in sculpture. I think if Nintendo saw this they’d add him to smash immediately to try and ease the hatred and insanity in his eyes.
I think this might be my favourite project of yours so far, ive been watching since the hearthstone table project you did and the improvement over time is really motivating to see, you've gotten me into sculpting and ive learned so much (through trial and error) from your vids, keep up the great work man

Honestly I couldn't stop smiling. This is just great. Both characters done very well. My boy Waluigi looking clean though.
I think Wa Luigi also counts as the peculiar purple pieman of porcupine peak. These two are such delightful creeps, fantastic job capturing the magic.
I wonder how he'd tackle the three princesses if he were to do that.
