It is unacceptable that he is not paying child support when I’m sure that his income is very substantial. She has made an effort for him to see his children regardless of her relationship with her ex, and he chooses not to. He doesn’t pay child support, and he doesn’t see his children, so essentially he’s barely a father. Sad.
