Crainer, make a blast furnace and put it in front of a villager. It can trade diamond armor. You can do the same for diamond tools with a smithing table

I figured you planned on blowing up the diamond ores, because you technically don't mine them.
However I wouldn't recommend using creepers. Their blast destroys some of the drops, while TNT spares all the drops. (It's the default Gamerules)

Crainer I didn't watch the whole video yet, but I found a way to get many diamonds,
get a villager and upgrade it to max (which is trading)
then to get emeralds you need a good villager that gives you emeralds for sticks
then you will have so many diamonds,
and make sure to hide the villager.
