When fans are on with Slogo, he goes to his discord to grab them. I suspect he has a list, mental, or writen, of people that have followed the rules in the past and those that didn't. He probably selects from the people that have followed the rules in the past first. If he does something with 100 players, and you are on at the time they are recording, you might get in. If you behave, you might get in more often.
