Thank you bro. I was following the last guide series but was so confused on day 7 b/c I didn't have the Epic dash pass. 😭 Also I got lucky and pulled Iseria early so I could save as much as possible for young Senya.
Poor lidica is the best example of powercreep. She didn't get bad, everyone else just got too good, and single target control is a hard sell these days. she also lacks much protection, a single skill null will disappear before her turn even ends. she'd definitely need some bit overhauls to get back in the game. Brigetta is weird, from a gamedev perspective. SC usually tests these new mechanics on the batches of 3 stars before trying to throw it on a 5 star. SC Jena tested out Frostbite for Lethe, Melony tested out Stigma for Ran. her kit feels that way so idk why they made it a 5 star (her Artifact is good tho...for whales). A lot of her fixes would involve fixing how isolation itself works in PvP. Even then, the game is way too fast these days to effectively do single target shutdown without something utterly broken and un-interactable (see Lidica above) Ahh Zeno, "boss character when you fight them vs. when they join your team". He was a huge identity crisis before his buff years ago, and today he's still an awkward ball of stats. It's cliche, but tbh a SPD EE would help do quite a bit. Not make him meta, but a 125 SPD mage who can aoe control isn't to be under estimated. Then he just needs a few tweaks to make his identity clearer. - change his S3 bleeds to pretty much anything else. Venom is the one that seems to fit thematically. He can keep silence for the Yufine combos - like every other opener he wants a strip. an EE can fix that - just make his skills defense scaling and stop lollygagging around the whole "well he'd be too broken". Most people would just build him fast, and if he's still alive for a 2nd S2 with all his boosts, you deserve to get clapped. Basar definitely fell off hard, but at the same time IDK if I want that meta back lol. Remember when they nerfed restrict right before Cerise dropped becasuse that combo woulda broke the game? Well it's technically possible now. I'm kinda surprised no one was experimenting with him in Harsetti comps, but I guess there's so many other ways to control nowadays. aside from speed, evasion does hurt him pretty hard, and we have a certain fire unit everywhere that he'll never touch. Ray is more of a symptom of a much larger issue: Healing is a "solved problem" and Ray we pretty much the last honest to goodness "healer" we'd get until like... Lulucar. And that's all he does, the traditional "heal, cleanse, and barrier". I think his banner is part of why Soul WEavers shifted away from healing and more into "I'm a healer, but 🔫". they are more as offensive support these days. He's not awful, but his identity is very weak. He just needs some kind of pizzazz to keep up with the cool kids
Straze can speedrun every hunt in the game. But ofc it requires high level gear. Phantom Politis is just overall great offensive support if you want someone good in PvP and PvE with the same gear.
Ray - pretty good for auto nightmare raid SHADOW LEGENS (srry). But what about Chloe? Is she good for... anything? Or she so useless, that you forgot about her?
In my opinion raid will never be as good as E7 because dude E7 ultimate and skill animations are soooooo cool and E7 is sooooooo beginner friendly they’re always giving new players so many good things for people to get on a good ground to start on so many characters for free so many resources raid doesn’t in a sense do that but I do mind supporting you bro so I’ll give it a shot at least
