1200+ sqft carpet area in 2.3+ Cr. Dude you serious? Gurugram doesn't even have good quality air plus extreme whether conditions. Feeling bad for the people buying these apartments.
All metros have issues and prices are what they are after those issues. It's all about demand and supply and demand factors in all the issues associated with that city. Let it be extreme traffic of Mumbai and bangalore, water shortage in bangalore, bad weather and less cosmo culture in Chennai or pollution in ncr. Ppl who understand this invest accordingly. Ppl who don't understand simply feel sorry 😂

why you only promote under construction projects ? Do make a video on projects with possession coming this year and next year. Also about projects which got delayed and for what reasons .
****Few good things (futuristic, hoping):**** 1. Kids centric 2. Low density 3. Good construction quality as per previous projects. ****Cons (on ground as realised already):**** 1. Some flats have parking in the basement, but their towers lift do not go to the basement..You are expected to go out of your tower, walk for some distance in the open and then take another lift for the basement. 2. There are no fire sprinklers in the flat or lift lobbies. 3. The lift lobby per floor is really small. 4. One of the lifts opens right in front of the gate of an apartment. The lift shares a wall with one if the apartments on the floor. 5. Basement is not there under the complete project. 6. Adamant attitude of the builder so far about any genuine concerns of the buyer. However, the builder is genuine enough to offer full refund in case on me is not happy with any of the above. P.S. - Some of the very positive reviews on social media may be biased, as the builder awards redeemable points on positive social media posts to cutrent owners.
In the market, people are saying this has crossed 3 to 3.5 cr ticket size in phase 4? Are you genuinely pitching right rate 2.28 to 2.65cr?? If you confirm this I will be giving you 2 to 3 eois

Still, it is far better project than many of the new launches coming in the rates now adays, which are rates of future.

The super area is around 2000 -2100 sqft.
The carpet area is 1205 sqft + Balcony - 247 sqft.
