Muje ye hi samaj nhi araha... Ki hum baar baar samaan salary ke bare mn maang age rakhte jaa rahe hn aur fail hote ja rahe hn.... Fir bhi yahi cycle continue kyun rakh rahe hn... Instead abhi ke liye kyun na hum apni salary badane ki based on the amount of service provided by our faculties pe quote kare.... Aur as an example unko dikhaye allopaths ko aur if not equal atleast unke salary ke aas paas thak tho le ja sakte hn na.... Atleast abki financial state se tho agey badenge hum log...!?? Aur syllabus aud training quality improve ho rahi hn... Tho wo samay bhi dhoor nhi jab equal pay milna shuru ho jayega... Equally treat karna shuru ho jayega...
