    I remember being a nursing student, I finished last year May. Currently a practicing ER nurse. You’re doing a great job! Congratulations on doing well on your exams! It’s good you have a strong study method that works for you. Maybe you could make a video on different study methods like active recall, visual learning, information retrieval; other things that made you tried that didn’t work and why this works for you. I’m also glad you take time to watch shows, that’s def important, doing a little something to help get away from the studying/school. Some thing I remember was a big deal to my friends and I from nursing school was that you always want to do well on the first 2 exams and then you can slouch off towards the end which is natural right? I don’t know how it is in your school, but if all the percentages are the same then that can work. Also when it comes to cumulative finals, you def wanna pick and choose which ones you go hard for. If you did well all semester long in one class maybe focus on the class you didn’t do well on all semester long; I guess it’s psych for you. Cause there’s no way you can remember everything right? It sounds like based on your coursework you’re nearing towards the time where nursing school gets “easier” so just a few more pushes! Congrats on your accomplishment so far and have a productive weekend! You got this! :)

      Thank you so much!! You definitely hit the nail on the head when it comes to nursing school! I agree that for me, I definitely think psych is that class where I might need to spend a little extra time studying when finals roll around because you’re right, you kinda have to pick and choose where more of your time goes when it comes to studying for finals since it’s just not possible to study everything from the entire semester. I appreciate you taking the time to write this comment and best of luck to you on your nursing journey as an ER nurse!!

    Maybe you could do future videos like teaching/summarizing what you learned that way it is a win-win (you get to study for upcoming exams by teaching it to an audience and we get to learn and prepare for nursing school) I would love that type of video would be fun to learn ab everything

    Thanks for showing how to do the quizlet flashcards. I think I'll be using that method to study for my class that's startin soon, Maternal/Newborn. I'm so nervous about that class. 😖

    Sou estudante de enfermagem aqui do Brasil 🇧🇷... parabéns pelo seu esforço. E interessante ver o quanto aparentemente , vocês ou melhor a grade curricular e mais completa e complexa que aqui.

    Do you ever read the textbooks for each class or the chapters being covered for each test? I’ve heard that sometimes is just extra fluff and most people just study what is most important to know or what the instructor is going to cover in the test.

    • @Kalli4499
      @Kalli4499  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Honestly, I mostly just focus on what is most important to know and what information is usually going to be on the test. For many of my classes, I have found that the information I need to know is mostly coming from the PowerPoints (which is info our teachers have already taken from our textbooks)

    Would you say it is time consuming to make the flashcards? I feel like I learn through this method best too. But it takes me forever to create the flashcards instead of actually studying. But maybe I just need to try harder to finish them faster idk.

    • @Kalli4499
      @Kalli4499  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I would say it is definitely time consuming but I don’t spend any time really taking notes, I just do the flashcards. I also feel like making the flashcards helps me learn while I’m doing them too!

    Hello, Kalli girl for class that doesnt give you a grid or a ppt. How do you study using just the syllabus?

    • @Kalli4499
      @Kalli4499  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      So for that class, I make a Quizlet off of a study guide blueprint that my school sends out! So it’s a blueprint of all the topics that are going to be covered on the exam 💕
