Based off the videos and comments there are 26 braids in total. 2 braids first row, 4 braids second row, 7 on third and fourth down. And on top 3 on left and 3 on right.

How many packs were used?
you shouldn’t need more than 4 packs.
For large i only use 2. If they want a longer length i use 3
Heyy, I used 2 full packs and some of the 3rd pack

Thank you hunn I appreciate it!! The color will normally touch your scalp but I would always suggest using Vaseline all around the hairline to avoid the color running and staining your skin.
Just to make sure I’m doing this right … after sectioning the bundle in 4. . . For each braid if I split in half twice (giving me 4 pieces) then split one into two smaller pieces I braid that one braid wit 5 pieces right not 6 … or am I not splitting enough

How many braids did you end up with ? And how many on each row ?
Starting from the bottom: 2, 4, 7, 7, 6 at the top- (3 on both sides) There are 5 rows total. She did a great job explaining it all if you watch the full video. Hope that helps

She did 6 pieces. 2 small pieces then 4 regular pieces .

I split the pieces of hair to make it easier for me to add in once I start braiding. I use the 2 smaller pieces first so it starts off looking more natural

I hear some people spray it with oil and it makes it easier to separate the hair, but I haven’t used that kind of hair so I can’t say if the spraying helps with that kind of hair or not. Or if you’ve already tried that or not

It took about 3 1/2 hours
Can you just apply the foam and blow dry or is it necessary to use the wrap strips to get the same polished look?

Hiii do you recommend ebin edge control over shine and jam I’ve been practicing rope twist for my boyfriend on my practice doll for a while and I don’t know which to get to do his actual hair with. If ebin is recommended over shine and jam lmk pleaseeee thank you
ebin has a wayyyyyyy stonger hold than shine and jam so i recommend it if your boyfriend has 4 type hair but if he has looser curl parttern use shine and jam. I personally like the purple jar better than the gold color one. It holds better.
