The way that Nicky was the 1 who survived the road when they asked Agatha how many survived with her when she walked the road last time. And the lyrics were "coven two" not "coven true."
Firstly... it has been such a joy to watch Agatha All Along with you. You are intelligent, well spoken, informed, and a critical thinker - which is sadly rarer on "the tube of you" than it should be. (plus those expressive eyes... eye candy indeed) I thought the way they structured the final half of the series was brilliant. I now fully understand why the "screeners" release was the first four episodes, because in many ways episode 5 was the "first" episode of the "series within a series" (my training is in writing and acting so please excuse any jaunts into waffle or hyperbole) 5 - sets up a new "balance" from which the new story will emerge (I'm referencing Joseph Campbell's Hero With 1000 faces here) 6 - sets our protagonist off on his "new" quest 7 - reveals the importance of "seeing what is already hidden in plain sight" and also reveals the "shadow" 8 - wraps up the PLOT, ending the quest 9 - wraps up the STORY (I'm a bit of a bugbear on those two things NOT being conflated automatically) Joe and Kathryn were outstanding in this series as actors of terrifying ability. I also imagine that the Marvel/Disney execs are scrambling in panic to find room in, and rewriting scripts, for cameos or inclusion of Agatha, Billy (and Jennifer) in any movies or series planned. (and possibly trying to shoot things to include them in projects already "completed") I think the execs kind of ignored, or forgot, about AAA and now suddenly have a sleeper hit on their hands with characters that an increasing number of fans are clamoring for more of.... oops? As for the need for Tommy... I don't believe he's been cast yet, although the upcoming VisionQuest show must surely have him on the radar... speaking of which... maybe think about making a self-tape.... do you have any allergies to spandex... how are you at running...? You and Joe could both totally rock the twin nail polish look... just saying (plus, you look enough like a grown-up Nicholas Scratch that it would absolutely freak out Agatha!)
The finale really had me at my heartstrings. Agatha’s relationship with Nicholas reminded me so much of mine with my mother. The revelation that the Ballad of the Witches’ Road being originally created by Agatha and Nicholas as both a con method and their respective lullaby was surprisedly ingenious and sweet. It really broke my heart when Rio came for him, and Agatha descended into her innermost evil as a way to avoid coping and refusing to face him in the afterlife as she felt so much guilt. I do agree with Billy that Nicholas would’ve forgiven her. While I understand Billy’s guilty conscience for creating the Witches’ Road, it wasn’t really in vain. Sharon was reunited with her deceased husband, Alice finally broke her family’s curse, Lilia finally made peace with herself, Jen survived and was freed from her bonds, Rio got her bodies as well as her ex’s body, and Agatha finally took the first steps as she confronted her past. She may not be alive, but she can still help Billy find Tommy and be his guide until she feels ready to move on and be with Nicholas. Billy made the right choice to close the Witches’ Road and was kind of him to honor their fallen coven members. I have loved this series and watching your reactions to it. I hope that we’ll get to see more of these iconic characters and talented cast and crew in future MCU projects. 👩🏻🤰🏻🤱🏻👩🏻🦳🧑🏻🦱👻🗣️🫂🎶🛣️✡️🎆✨⚡️📖🧪🛡️🪬🌺💀😱🤯🥺😭🤧🥲🥹😏😌🖤💜💙💚💛🩷🧡
+1 to you reacting to Heartstopper. I've loved watching along as you've been on this journey with Agatha, Billy and the others; can't wait to see you lose yourself in the Osemanverse...
The start of this episode was nothing but tears from me, especially her singing at his grave. And yeah that expression at 9:45 was definitely when Billy decided to banish her, and I don't blame him. She knew he created the Road and let it happen, knowing people would die, and she confessed that she took advantage of his wanting to go to the road specifically to kill people. And as he was feeling grief and guilt about being responsible (though I'd argue that he isn't *that* responsible), she showed no sympathy and told him to get used to it. Also "into Rio's toxic embrace" was nasty and I love it 💀 I loved your reactions to this series. I'd love to see Heartstopper stuff!
The finale destroyed me. I knew I would like the show, but I was not prepared for how deeply I fell in love with it. A story crafted this brilliantly is a rare thing, indeed. Thank you for acknowledging the comic book history. I love the fact Agatha has become Billy's mentor the way she did Wanda in the comics. A major plus is the promise of more Kathryn Hahn!
Was waiting all day to see if you posted this. Did not disappoint. Thanks for all of your AAA reactions. Really enjoyed getting teary-eyed along with you.
Another great reaction. Loved your thoughts on the show overall. For me i think the thing i ended up loving the most is you cant even really call Agatha an antihero, shes a villain but not true evil, she can be good but also chooses not to be. Even her "sacrifice" for Billy was a calculated risk we have yet to see play out. Shes just complicated in a way i dont think we've ever seen in the mcu and that is such an interesting place to be. And yes you and all the rest of us need the Agatha/Rio backstory STAT. 😂
There is going to be a Vision series called Visionquest so we might see Tommy in it. They are showing all these young heroes. Like Kate Bishop, Mrs. Marvel, Iron Heart, Billy Maximoff AKA Wiccan, and Ant Mans Daughter which I forgot her name, because they are setting up a Young Avengers project.
Even though I love Kathryn Hahn as Agatha, and Agatha up to this point. I really stopped caring about her as soon as they have confirmed that she is an unapologetic mass-murderer who used an innocent song that her dead son wrote to do the mass-murdering...like, that is super disgusting to me! And she basically gets away with it too. Now she is a fun aunty side kick to a main character where she also tries emotionally manipulating by making him believe he is as much a murderer as her...yay!...
Hey just wanted to say you've been my favourite reactor for this series, I watched your reaction to episode 7 and immediately went back to watch the rest (mostly because you literally react the same as I do haha). Would love to see you react to heartstopper!
I’m glad Agatha All Along brought me to your channel. It was a delight to watch the show along with you. Did you happen to watch the marvel feature about the designs for the costumes of the show? They really went through a lot of thought and details for each characters piece. It was amazing the care they took. What a great show! Oh, I also believe the Kale character will definitely pop up again. She is after all ghost riders cousin, man thing’s partner, and at one point Deadpool’s girlfriend….😊
I would very HIGHLY recommend going back and rewatching the entire series having the context you do now. There are things you'll notice that you missed before. Some things will be funnier and some things will be sadder.
3:38 and this is why she can't face him; she blames herself for his death. And, i kinda agree with her. Had she been part of a coven, her son would be protected (by a protection witch), healed (with a potion), and Seen (as in a Seer would tell when Death would come). But her ego/mistrust of others wouldn't allow her to form a coven, soooo yeah, she kinda killed her son.
Rio is the ''father'' the showrunner kinda confirmed that they choose this kid because he looks like Aubrey Plaza. Nicky was made by Agatha and Rio with magic, probably was the reason that she gives more time
The showrunner said they had a two minute discussion about Rio being the father and their life together. They dismissed it immediately and moved on. That was not confirmed. The child was born without magic of any kind. That is specifically said by Agatha. His mother was Agatha. She was pretending to be a stranger when he sang. What was confirmed was that initially Agatha saved Billy without him getting into her head. That was added after and made that scene decidedly worse. The whole point of the show was that Agatha loved Billy, maybe as much as she loved Nicholas. And Billy loved her. That just made it cheap.
@@jondavwal13 agatha's child don't have a biological father it is confirmed that was by magic almost like wanda. Probably we gonna get more answers in season 2 or wiccan show

We need to talk about how Jen actually probably thinks the road is real and will probably tell other witches it’s real 😂
Yeah and she has a TH-cam Channel too! 🤣🤣🤣
The road is real... now... it would just be up to Billy to open it again
You really should do Heartstopper at some point, you will really enjoy that! Loved watching Agatha with you. ❤
I second this opinion
Yes please
Was going to say this as well. Fair warning though. It may emotionally wreck you.

Ant Man's daugther's name is Cassie Lang AKA Stature
@@DarkDevilMason thanks for reminding me. I forgot because I've only seen the Third Ant Man movie once cause it was so bad!

I will be mad if Billy and Agatha don't show up in Visionquest
Sure 100% billy will in it but Agatha? I think it's possible since he's her mentor or whatsoever
Your reactions were really delightful though!
From all accounts, it's a trilogy - Wandavision, AAA, Vision Quest (where I think we get Tommy)
Jen is Johnny Blaze aka Ghost Rider cousin so we definitely gonna see her again and in action

i did that on Halloween night, bring tissues knowing whats going to happen now i cried more
Sorry…but her killing witches was iconic 😭💜 rip ladies, I would also follow Kathryn Hahn into the woods!
nooo there was no deal according to the showrunner, just that nicky was livin on borrowed time
rio loves agatha too much to do that to her!!
Yes, Nicky's death could've been more gruesome, but Rio took him in his sleep.

“My mother needs me at home” his Rio mother is bringing him home.
