Officially, Amaravati is still the capital of AP.
Anything else is just a proposal. No bill has ever passed. Even the earlier bill was in legal issues and not implemented.
The only bill to ever pass was that Amaravati is the capital of AP agreed by Ruling Party and Opposition 8 years ago.
If Jagan sincere on 3 capitals then he would have left Amaravati as executive capital and moved the legislative capital to Visakhapatnam. Not the other way around.

They have many suggestions from other committees regarding capital but they ignored it all n again new committee with their own TDP cadar people like MLA'S MLC they only choosed amaravati as capital n pulled all lands of poor people.
