- Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach has quite a few glitches in it, and these lead to some EXTREMELY broken speedruns. Here we'll check out the unrestricted any% FNAF Security Breach speedrun and I'll try to explain how it works as I get a solid time!

I encountered a void glitch during my normal playthrough, I was too quick when going through the underground area in the beginning, I witnessed the stairs being unloaded, and the room where Freddy forces you to the First Aid room being unloaded TWICE, being one of the first to witness these bugs and glitches is great, but sometimes you just want the game to work as it should

I now realize this was because of my bad computer that was struggling to handle Freddy himself, I got a better one, don’t worry, but because of how laggy the loading process was on my old PC the room wasn’t loaded before the dialogue stopped. But now I tested it on my new PC and it loads super fast now!
Freddy: "I feel you are broken"

Freddy just went a bit of Baymax on that point, insisting to hide Gregory.
Gregory: "Oh....OH....you have no idea..."
*starts teleporting and growing Freddy all over the map while Freddy screams bloody murder*
See, what happens is that when you jump as you’re entering Freddy, you’re actually building enough speed to enter a parallel universe where you can direct yourself in just the right way to jump the scuttlebug and get the star

GameTheory: There are no unintentional bugs in the game, they're all to show you that you as the player are actually playing a game, but the actual player is actually the soon-to-be victim of corrupted Puppet that infected a machine with the game at one of the locations of Freddy Fazbear Pizzeria in the future because now it contains the soul of greenpurpleyellowblue man and he modified the game for kids to be this scary thing because reasons!

Damn I feel bad for Scott, I know he’s probably annoyed that this game was so buggy. I still like the game but sometimes it gets annoying when I end up dying out of no where and I don’t even know how it happens sometimes. I just hear the jump scare, but don’t actually see it. I feel like Scott should’ve had more control over the game mechanics.
He retired for voting for Trump and got bullied and death threats online, but the main reason why is because he’s expecting his 4th kid on the way and wants to be a father to his own children

Head Mod of the board here! Just wanted to thank you for being in the community and clarify a few things.
In this video he says the category is Any% when this was being edited while yes it was true, it isn't now. Because theres new skips and glitches constantly being found (and community choices) the leaderboard is constantly changing and is most likely going to be changed even more. Another thing, this game is VERY broken. Half of the things used was found in the first 24 hours of the game released, and considering it hasn't even been a month yet, the route is going to change and if you really wanna speedrun this, please join the discord, It's available on the SRC page.

Yeah the game has alot of bugs but consider that it is the first free room fnaf game that dosent look like a mobile game it is exusable

Speedrunners do be vibing in the void playing security breach.
games like Security Break where they're overall stable games but with a few weird bugs like this are the absolute best for speedrunning

Most people couldn't beat the game without doing so with glitches. MOST people. As in it is rare for someone to have not used a glitch either on purpose or by accident to get to the end. Nothing about that makes this stable. "technically winnable" is the phrase you want. Also "a few" weirc bugs is another part you got wrong. I know it's a bit unfair given the age of your comment so you coudnt have known how many there are. But most normal players still came across 10 unique glitches on average. And speedrunners would come across 100s.

I actually cannot believe that Scott signed off on this. There is no way they delay it FOR A YEAR, and it is still so broken and overall unfinished in a LOT of areas.
Afaik Scott had turned the game over to SteelWool long before it was done, he didn't sign off on it because he was no longer a part of it by the time it was released. In fact I'm fairly sure he'd already signed the franchise over to someone else before SB was released, but I could be wrong about that.
Either way, I do agree that with as long as this game was delayed, it's...kind of crazy there are so many bugs, especially game-breaking ones like this one.
I don’t know how or why, but the main reason I kept losing in the daycare was because Moon was clipping through the play areas!

PS4 user here. Game is pretty börked. I can't even finish it with a glitch that makes a puzzle impossible to solve. On top of another one that won't let me enter Freddy without being able to exit him.
Also fun fact Sony refuses to refund it. I tried.
Yeah there are quite a few game breaking bugs unfortunately, hopefully yours get a patch

Is it? I've seen playthroughs from 3-4 different people I'm subscribed to and the only issues I've seen are STAFF bot pathing and hiding not working correctly. So unless it's someone intentionally trying to break it, it seems fine.
I think by broken he means it’s easy TO break, if you’re trying to. For 90% of players it’ll be a smooth riding experience but for those 10% who find a scab and decide to pick at it, the games not gonna be happy. Doesn’t mean it’s a bad game, hell honestly I think the issue comes from the fact that it’s just such a complicated game that they can’t find all the issues with just regular beta testing, as opposed to a bad game.
Ive seen some glitchy stuff in playthroughs, such as clipping, buttons randomly not working and requiring a game reload, being jumpscared while in Freddy (which also breaks the camera), overlapping dialogue and more. There’s lots of issues with this game which are very replicable in real playthroughs

I'm playing on ps4 and my game broke after completing the daycare maze thing. I saved after finishing and quit the game, next day i come back and im back where i was but the game thinks i didnt take the security badge even tho i did (its required to activate moondrop) and when i take it again the whole cutscene plays and it puts me back in that maze game. If i leave the daycare moondrop is broken when he spawns and can somehow reach me through walls and sometimes when im in freddy. Its not a bad game, i actually like it, but it needs a lot of patches and fixes, especially with the somewhat linear scripting in the game. Game should be reminded that i took the badge and saved etc.
Ranboo got sent into space
I went to try this out and and it was super easy to do the Kami Clip BUT, I still had the Autosave from my casual playthrough to the Afton ending and so when I was expecting to load into Freddy's room, I loaded into the final area of the game

Yandere Simulator was also stealth game and has lot of cutscene like this game and yet had more bugs. It doesn't matter if You are Indie or a team like FNAF. Bugs appears everywhere. I hope they released a patch update to eliminate all pre existing bugs

The most impressive speedrun would be a glitchless one. I don't think that could even be done.

Who else thinks tetra can pull off a very good voice announcer impression for fnaf. You know, that voice that explains stuff for you during the Freddy fix area.
They should keep this glitch but make it much harder to perform since deleting it would demolish speedruns
I mean, speedrunners could just revert to a version with the glitch if Steel Wool patches it.

In the Ps4 version of the game it’s a lot broken the speedrum,cause you have more time in the void,but this can also slow you down sometimes

I discovered the glitch at the beginning and I thought no one else found it and I played on ps4 and it was pressing the button that allows you to get into Freddy and the button that allows you to summon Freddy
My computer, MADE FOR GAMING, won't even let me past the showtime level where you run back down to the stage. I don't think I'll be reloading the game anytime soon...

I accidentally did the freddy glitch, accidentally triggered the Roxy cutscene and teleported to the racetrack, after doing the glitch accidentally again I fall through the raceway and was stuck there
I have had failed 5:45.00 and 6:00.00 runs, i got close to the end and failed alot at the end. My pb is 5:54.55, should i post the run to the Sr Lb? For some reason people are telling me not to...

theres a glitch (imma call it Light glitch because the person who i think found it first) where you get as close to a door as possible and you call freddy if everything goes right when freddy gets close to the door the door automatically opens even those level 10 doors open even tho there isnt much there then you have to hop on freddy get very close ot the door since you still cant pass it and then exit freddy

I see a lot of people calling the game broken and bad because of the things that speed runners have found. if that's the truth then every game speedrunners play are broken and bad.
people exploiting things to play the game faster doesn't make the game bad. neither do glitches obviously, or else we wouldnt still be buying Skyrim V for 10 years.
