That episode was so funny that I watched every video from the first one until now, I look forward to each week for the next episode with excitement. With that being said because some greedy and hateful people in this world you do need to protect your company, jobs and brand as a whole. Sealerships firing parts cannon cause the don’t know what’s up with the crafter 😂😂 daft suggestion but get the ambient air temp sensor checked!! The Vauxhall vivaros and similar vans show dpf faults and it turned out to be a fault in the door mirror were the temp sensor is located.. the ECM see fault with the sensor and don’t allow dpf to regenerate and goes into constant limp mode
You mentioned a few weeks ago that you were going to sell the 586 and cut down to one wheel loader the 566 to save costs and generate working capital, I commented that you need to keep the two wheel loaders to keep the yard going in the event of one wheel loader breaking down, this episode confirms that you do need the two wheel loaders, even with the two wheel loaders you struggled to keep them going this week, in my opinion the wheel loaders are the most important machines in a business like yours as without them nothing goes out the gate, I own and operate wheel loaders, excavators and trucks and feel for you regarding the downturn in work, I have been in business for 25 years and there have been times when I thought I would have to close the business due to cash flow issues, it's a tough job today trying to run a business, the stress at times is awful, I hope all works out for you and your business, you will get threw it, you always have and always will
You can’t trust someone who wins business like that, it shows how they operate. Give me an honest solid business who wins business the correct way. If someone can snake their former employer they will have no issues snaking you. There is no loyalty. Stick to good strong businesses who value their clients. I’d give Ashville work in a heartbeat.

I'll lay money on it, that Ashville are ringing round and emailing any business they can find details on, trying to win business. It's the way the world works. Hi Daniel. Nice grind and hustle video as always. I wanted to write to you regarding the DPF issue with the van. I had the same issue with my vw passat cc 2011 2 years ago and I had found a video on youtube how to clean it with DPF cleaner aerosols from amazon. The video suggested to open the air intake hose whit the engine running and slowly spray the content of the aerosol DPF cleaner into the air intake hose until empty. Every time you spray the content you will hear the engine chocking and then ticking normal. After you emptied the DPF aerosol cleaner you take the van on the motorway and let it run for 20 miles with high revs so that all the dirty particles will come out. It's been 2 years since I did that and never had an issue, no light faults or lose of power. Give that a try before you commit the money.

On the sharing the logo’s of clients- why not go completely the other way and get a ‘Proud to be working with logo, logo, logo” in the comments for the vid or as a banner? Clients will then get some ‘free(ish😂) advertising across an industry demographic- and the clients that din’t want their logo’s shown on the banner - probably should be blurred out in the vid anyway?? The competition are going to be knocking on your client's doors anyway! Keep the honest/open/100% vids coming- love them!!

Good idea to keep client names out the videos - it helps defeat those same people, but it doesn't make any difference to me for them to be in videos. If for any reason Ashville was actually was struggling a bit with something, surely it would make a person feel much better actually helping them do well than trying to topple them! I have seen some businesses gloating at the misfortunes of some of their competitors, but you must always remember it's out there waiting for you as well, an owner of a business I knew he was often going on about other businesses he knew that had gone bankrupt , but one day something happened in his business and he had a massive fine to pay it sent him into bankruptcy, so it out there waiting for you.
I been watching your stuff since 2020 from the 🇺🇸 learned a lot about the good and bad of business before I started my own as they say in the states if you ain't got haters you ain't popping 😭🍾 👍🏾🤷🏾

i run a small online business, my idea toward transparency has always been: you can tell people the count of the cards in your hand, but never tell them which cards you have.
Daniel you wear your heart on you sleeve and buy doing so you will be stabbed in it on occasion.but all I can say is I run a very small business and your videos are always a help with the good and bad. I would completely understand if you cut back on what you share to the world, but I think you are very well thought of and admired by a lot of business people. Unfortunately, you’ll encounter some staff members who may try to steal business from you, but it’s all about building a strong relationship with your customers. When you do that, they’ll keep you informed and let you know what's really going on but stay strong and keep going bene watching you from day one and your the best keep going strong Dan 👍
Well, most of us here are cheering you on Daniel. If not all of us in the comments. There is plenty of work to go around and plenty of money to be made. Their hatred is probably a projection of their fear that you are doing things right and will one day become a threat to the monopoly they want to be in the industry. No chance would I have another “owner” added to the logbook of my brand new vehicle! They mad the mistake and if they can’t get the DVLA to change the name they should supply a new vehicle with all the extras added from Urben…Land Rover would be quick enough to do it to someone else!
DPFs are the biggest pain in the behind. All under the pretence of lower and safer emissions. And most manufacturers are awful at diagnosing issues and instead say to replace everything, then the cycle repeats!

Hi Daniel. See you have an almost weekly stop at one of the wheel loaders. We have a Volvo L150 2011 with over 18,000 hours and a Cat 950 2016 with approx. 12,000 hours. We service them twice a year and almost never have downtime on them over the years.

Good shout. This is a really common problem for vans as they lose a lot of mirrors. And that's generally where the temp sensor is.
Take it to Orkney dpf well known on TH-cam and not far

Re: the VW's check the grounds on the transporter and drive the crafter through the dealership window.
He needs to do the same with Land Rover.. like the driver of Mazda in Utah..

Hi Daniel. Nice grind and hustle video as always. I wanted to write to you regarding the DPF issue with the van. I had the same issue with my vw passat cc 2011 2 years ago and I had found a video on youtube how to clean it with DPF cleaner aerosols from amazon. The video suggested to open the air intake hose whit the engine running and slowly spray the content of the aerosol DPF cleaner into the air intake hose until empty. Every time you spray the content you will hear the engine chocking and then ticking normal. After you emptied the DPF aerosol cleaner you take the van on the motorway and let it run for 20 miles with high revs so that all the dirty particles will come out. It's been 2 years since I did that and never had an issue, no light faults or lose of power. Give that a try before you commit the money.

On the sharing the logo’s of clients- why not go completely the other way and get a ‘Proud to be working with logo, logo, logo” in the comments for the vid or as a banner? Clients will then get some ‘free(ish😂) advertising across an industry demographic- and the clients that din’t want their logo’s shown on the banner - probably should be blurred out in the vid anyway?? The competition are going to be knocking on your client's doors anyway! Keep the honest/open/100% vids coming- love them!!

I have seen some businesses gloating at the misfortunes of some of their competitors, but you must always remember it's out there waiting for you as well, an owner of a business I knew he was often going on about other businesses he knew that had gone bankrupt , but one day something happened in his business and he had a massive fine to pay it sent him into bankruptcy, so it out there waiting for you.

i run a small online business, my idea toward transparency has always been: you can tell people the count of the cards in your hand, but never tell them which cards you have.
Daniel you wear your heart on you sleeve and buy doing so you will be stabbed in it on occasion.but all I can say is I run a very small business and your videos are always a help with the good and bad. I would completely understand if you cut back on what you share to the world, but I think you are very well thought of and admired by a lot of business people. Don’t let the trolls and layabouts who have never done anything with their lives get you down.

No chance would I have another “owner” added to the logbook of my brand new vehicle! They mad the mistake and if they can’t get the DVLA to change the name they should supply a new vehicle with all the extras added from Urben…Land Rover would be quick enough to do it to someone else!
DPFs are the biggest pain in the behind. All under the pretence of lower and safer emissions. And most manufacturers are awful at diagnosing issues and instead say to replace everything, then the cycle repeats!

Hi Daniel. See you have an almost weekly stop at one of the wheel loaders. We have a Volvo L150 2011 with over 18,000 hours and a Cat 950 2016 with approx. 12,000 hours. We service them twice a year and almost never have downtime on them over the years.
