Just a thought. Have you ever talked to a balancing expert about tailshaft critical speeds? At a guess that shaft shouldn't exceed about 5000 revolution per minute. Single piece shafts at high rpm are very dangerous. Check out the spicer shaft calculator or talk to someone that has a clue. Looks like a two piece shaft is needed mate.
The shaft can take the speed the rear uni was the weakest link 1310uni, front uni is 1350. I do 8000rpm in top gear in mcfry with the same length shaft so the critical speed definitely wasn't the culprit here. I have fitted a 1350 yoke to the diff now so that weak link will be gone this time round.
geez, 1490kg's without driver and its not got a 9" init. Wow Still haven't weighed mine 1.436" sixty foot naturally aspirated then broke th-400 bellhousing. 👍
Good content 👌. Also, great skids at GTR festival. 👍👊💥👊💥
Was on its way to a 9..
Great job legend
Salisbury diffs are a lot stronger than many think, and sap less power than a 9 inch.
Good work mate. Look forward to seeing you and meeting you one time at Roll Racing.
Nice to see the Tru Trac keeping the Salisbury strong. Definitely an upgrade to make.
Use non greasable u-joints
I am amazed a Sailsbury survived the nitrous and the tailshaft.

The nugget in the other lane looks familiar. I thought you were going to drive out of my life for a second time but your driveshaft had other ideas.

👍
Yeah its pushing the boundaries of the 10 bolt diff, I will check the gearset to make sure its not broken
What diff gears are u running mate?
@wyattattrill1328 still 3.36 gears but going to fit 3.08 gears next for street
@@MCFRYMotorsport nice one what else have you done to that diff to handle the power?
@@MCFRYMotorsport
Pay attention too the pinion bearing and backlash and you might achieve your goal.
So you happy with the BluePrint so far?
Very happy, bang for buck its an unbeatable engine
@@MCFRYMotorsport Awesome to hear. May go down that route in the future. Cheers
Ya jinxed it by saying dont let me down salisbury it was like i wont but the uni will. 😢
I few vids ago i commented adding a bit of squirty squirt. So stoked to see it!!
$960 for the nitrous kit is pretty hard to pass up haha
