Seems to me like the overall premise of this series has you at a bit of a handicap with only having a limited roster you can choose from (which limits titles you can have, wrestlers on your roster, etc). So - the homecoming isn't a cheat. It was a strategy you found, that is not going to be the easiest to replicate (card has to come up, you have to afford it, etc). Seems totally fair to me. Strategy is not cheating

Thanks lawn! Love this comment, and I go into it fully in ep 7, as this tells me I haven’t made it clear for new watchers.
The gameplay purpose is exactly that. A handicap from the games perspective. The game calculates the results based on the variety of matches, and we have cut a major part of that variation out from the start.
It was also to see if it would work. Women’s wrestling is incredible, and the evolution of that over the last 10 years has been incredible. While still a heavily dominated male heavy form of entertainment, there are all women promotions, like pro wrestling eve. A British based a women brand which rocks and got me through a tough time during lockdown!
