4 Star Government Hotel In Coorg | Hotel Mayura Valley View | Raja Seat | Madikeri Karnataka Vlog 6

This is our 6th Travel vlog from Karnataka - One State, Many Wonder travel series . In this vlog our journey of Coorg begins with splendid stay at Hotel Mayura Valley View , I must stay its great property to stay at if you are visiting Coorg (madikeri) . It has a spectacular and breathtaking view of Madikeri valley and surrounding city , view will surely mesmerize your mind , its great places for honeymooners. Hotel situated in hill top so the view from hotel window and balcony are excellent and prominent tourist location like Raja's Seat is just 400mtrs , Madikeri Fort is 700mtrs and abbey falls is just 5kms away from here. You will be surprised to know Hotel Mayura Valley view is government run Hotel but we found their service and hospitality to be great standard .

Is it this green all through out the year especially in summer month of May ???

Hi Sachin ! As per my knowledge, coorg remains green throughout the year ,
Starting from March, it's summer's here, which usually lasts until May. Usually, the temperature is around 22° Celsius, but sometimes it can go up to 35°c ! Even then, it is pretty fresh, comfortable, and breezy as coorgs cool temperature and hilly terrain serves as a shield from scorching heat .

They serve all there 3 breakfast, lunch , dinner ?

HI Anil ji,
Any one can book like any private hotel , I have shared link of Agoda site in the description through which I booked the stay got a decent deal through it , you may check current price there and can book too.
Our stay was of inclusive of breakfast , for dinner we paid , lunch is also available as they have an in house restraunt you may havecto pay unless its included in your package ( but we had our lunch outside in a local restaurant while exploring the charm of coorg )
Location - It's on top of Madikeri valley/hill you may have to walk around 1-2kms from main bus stop and there is clim of around 500 mtrs, you take auto too, its very near to a popular sightseeing spot called Raja seats(300-400metrs), best part of property is the location only , as you will get a picturesque and beautiful valley view. It's around 500mtrs. to 1km away from market areas.(down the main road)

We visited in the month of October around October end , and the climate was cool at that time we didn't feel the need of AC

Hello Udaya ji , I would say room service was good enough , we didn't not face any service related issue during our stay and yes basic toiletries were provided to us.
