    I have visited Samsung service center here in SW Delhi, a couple of times. And each time, the experience was excellent. Ambience, staff, time, all are great. It actually makes a difference from having a 1st party center over a 3rd party center.

      I use to have a samsung phone which service center in delhi 😊kept for 3months. I think it was a third party center, however new service was decent (1st party)

      I was in this exact centre for ASUS. They were pretty good about that.

    Similar thing happened with my Pixel 3A XL . Those days Google was giving priority and there used to be pick up service at free of cost and the repair work done by Pixel is top notch. They delivered my completely cracked phone as brand new in a new box mentioning welcome back to Google. I too heard these days they are taking much time

      no but i checked my warranty book in that they mentioned that we will get a replacement device if the phone is getting repaired under warranty untill it gets repaired

      @@preethamkunapareddy455 Maybe in warranty, I don’t know about this brother. You can check with Google support. Mine was physical damage and it’s not covered under warranty. So I haven’t gor anything like that

    It really depends on the person sitting in the counter of the service centre. If the person is nice, he will give you the best service that you might not have even expected. I once went to a service centre from Nokia with a phone that was damaged by me, and I did not expect it to be repaired by them for free. But the person sitting in the counter saw that I was wearing a school dress and I actually needed that service from him. He made sure that my phone got repaired for free. everybody’s not bad

    BRO !! small sugestion from my end rather than breaking the display you do a stage wise extreme drop test so that we get to know the duraballity of the display

      If the display didn't break after that constant ramming session I think it is pretty safe from whatever drop that occurs in day to day life. 😅

      After my purchase of Google pixel 6a, saddly it's screen broked after 2 days though display is working fine
      If anyone have any idea regarding the repairing price please let me know
      I am using it by applying temper glass on it since two months

    Service center should offer proxy device option assuming repair tenure exceeding certain weeks, could provide utility to customer in practical fashion.

    I gifted my mom pixel 6a and she started using it without the case. One day it fell from the height and the screen was broken. So I send this phone to the Google's reseller for fixing and they told me to charge about $350 while i bought this phone for $500. This story happened in Australia. So considering that this is real poor experience for a customer. For a service perspective google phones are not recommended. Go for Samsung or other brands

    My experience was with MI, I purchased MI note 5 and when i unboxed it, it had a scratch on screen (it was hardly visible), I told them the same after a month they were very polite and humble without any argument they replaced my phone and gave me a new one but they took 2 days to do it and i think that time was obvious

      I Had 5 mi phones in my family have new phones like note 12 pro and old one like note 7 pro and noye 9 pro and i had best servise with mi centre .

    That's why I don't recommend buying any Google device as they don't service their phone anywhere except Mumbai, so it takes almost 2 weeks to get the phone back, if we don't have a spare phone then it's a huge issue for a user.

      Another thing
      Getting Google phone's parts are extremely hard
      Like if your phone is out of warranty and has some issues
      And if you want to repair it from local Stores(as it is hard to find find service centres in your locality)
      It is nearly impossible find proper parts

    I had a situation where I have opted for A14 beta P 6a and I have installed it as I am quite excited with new update, few days later I felt the phone super sluggish and I have opted out from the A14 and then I have got an update for A13, so as usual I have updated and installed it, as we downgrade the software the phone data will be erased and then the problem occured, my phone got stuck on the setup screen and the settings kept crashing and not letting me to setup the phone, I have tried every possible way like hard rest and stuff in the boot menu yet no luck and finally I have visited the Service centre the same one F1 solution/Jeeves. Good part is the phone is still under warranty and also the service has multiple brand that get serviced yet I have got the priority from them and collected my device. The bad part is, it took around 16 days to get my phone back and also the service people doesn't even have the courtesy to call back even though they have received the device. I had to call them and be harsh and then they gave the update that they have received the device😑😑 quite a drama!!

    I had a great experience at LG service centre. My phone had a little burn-in issue and they replaced the entire Display and side frame. Sad LG doesn't make phones anymore

    Appreciate the work and attempts to keep the service from service centres unbiased, however looking at the e-mail screenshots, if the F1 folks can see that the username has "TechBar" in it, the efforts of hiding might go in vain, maybe you can also try generating a totally different e-mail ID for these things.

    My experience with the LG service center was good. I accidently broke the LG wing display which cost me 11145.3. After the mobile division shuts down, they will continue to provide software updates and security updates until 2025.

    My experience with pixel 6A = unfortunately my pixel 6a faced ois issue in camera, the ois was moving terribly while using the main camera. So, i did chat with google bots and they created tickets for me. Somehow after all details they arranged pick up and drop service via DTDC and service to the phone via B2x mumbai only. The overall process took 10 days around but it was all worth as service was excellent. I got regular update on emails and the service was doorstep. And surprisingly they didn’t charged me a single penny as mobile was under warranty.

    My experience with oppo service centre in north east Delhi was really good as they are not tied up with any third party. They have their own authorised well maintained setvice centre in various places in delhi. They repaired my phone in just 4-5 hours. So I am happy with oppo service centre.

    Went to HP Service center because my laptop was getting hanged a lot and it was in the warrantly and the experience was awesome!! it was smooth and easy, except the only problem that it was not easy to find that center. They checked it and just one software was disabled, they enabled it and it's working fine.

    I bought a pixel 3 few years back when it only had that bombay service centre you are talking about. My screen was broken and i shipped it to get it fixed. They sent me an email for the estimate of freakin 30,000 for the repair. When i canceled the repair and asked them to send it back which came after more than 15 days, the phone came back in worse condition than it already was with broken side button and more cracks on the screen. I loved my pixel and google as a smartphone brand but after this i had to shift to iPhone for more reliability.

    I too had heating issues with my pixel 6A. B2x team picked up device free of cost and replaced display free of cost. However service was not good as there was a gap between Display and the Frame which hampered ip67 rating. Again i sent back my device to B2X and got display replaced. Took around 1.5 months 🤐

    I have experienced Vivo service centre and services provided were excellent.
    I have Iqoo Z5 and for some reason it was heating even while it was kept idle so I gave details regarding issues and withtin one and half hours I recieved my phone. While I was waiting to receive my phone they offered snacks to every customer in waiting area. So, overall experience was good.

    I went to the same centre for the Pixel 4a. They told me they don't repair out of warranty phones. They asked 9000rs. for replacement of the phone which would have taken 2 weeks. Came back home with disappointment.

    I have repaired my 4a in local premium service center. The service was excellent, took only 2 hrs and cost was reasonable. Better to go for premium local service center if it is out of warranty.

    F1 Infosolutions is like this all around India it seems - Asus Repair (with F1 Infosolutions) in Mumbai was like this as well.

    Better to contact Google for servicing as they will connect directly with B2X. Centre is in Maharashtra. I had a good experience and it was home picked and delivered. Yes they took a couple of days.

    Even i sent my pixel 4a to b2x but I sent it through a courier who collected it from my college which is in a remote area 😢 but near Bangalore but after 3 months i faced another problem so I wasted 11000 rupees this is the only reason I switched to Samsung

    Once my redmi note 8 pro's screen has broken so i took it to a service center in Kolkata but they told me the it will take 7days. Then i went to another service centre they told me it will take 2hrs in short you have to explore different service centers in order to get the perfect deal but the service was good

    I had visited F1 Info Solutions in Bangalore (authorized service center) to repair a key of my Asus ROG Strix laptop that came off due to regular usage (over 1.5 years). It was under extended warranty and the service team replaced the keyboard with a new one within 3 working days. Regular servicing and thermal paste changing were also done. Now my system looks and performs as good as new, if not better. It was a good experience.

    Had a horrible experience with B2x earlier this year. Quite bad service. Google's support guys were helpful and they had finally refunded my money after B2x had failed to replace the phone thrice

    Watching on Google Pixel 6A, i loved its built quality as I have dropped this more than 10 times, no dent and no scratches are there on the phone. As soon as the service centre problem is solved, Google will rule the Indian market in the mid range and premium range segment with its flawless camera performance and stock android User interface.

    Yes! You're right I'm using ROG 5 and once it got damaged for some reason then I have visited the same service centre F1 info solutions and trust they treat their customers very well and their services are also good.

    I am undergoing a similar experience right now, I recently purchased Google Pixel 7a and it accidentally slipped out of my pocket, resulting in damaged gorilla glass. Fortunately I have had taken OneAssist Insurance so the repair will not cost me, but I have sent the device on 29th May through pick up but I am yet to get the device. Google service is very slow, however hope they fix the device right. Thanks for the video man!

    Iqoo Neo 7, there was dust in the camera, like you could see a black spot, so i took it to the Vivo service centre, (Vivo and iqoo service centre are the same) it didn't took too long for them to call me up and check my phone, they said that it would get replaced, but after checking in with amazon and all that, after a while i got a call saying that my model (8 GB 128gb) was not available at thr moment, i could pay 4k and get the 12 GB 256 GB variant, i chose that after 3 days and the phone arrived the next day, it was a good experience over all.

    my phone's screen broke (SAM A50) some 2 years back. i was in bengaluru, I went to samsung opera house and sent the phone for repair around 11:30 AM. I timepassed at opera house by playing fifa for next 3.5 hours on 34 inch curved monitors, had 3d virtual roller coaster ride and explored the new Samsung device, and i recieved my phone. Samsung is the best when it comes to customer experience. the cost of screen replacement was Rs.4500 as far as I remember.

    My dad purchased pixel 6a last year....sadly it fell onto the ground and the screen got shatterd...
    There are no official service centers available in hyderabad, and we got it Repaired from a 3rd party store...and it costed about 10k! ( though new display, Indisplay fingerprint sensor isnt working)

    Vivo's experience was a mixed bag. My vivo x60 developed a green line. Right off the bat, the service center personnel said that it would be 9k for a screen replacement without any checks. No job sheet was offered despite requests.
    I complained to the main customer service via email and explained how the green line came up inexplicably after an update. I was told that a free screen replacement would be offered if no physical damage was found. They checked and offered a free replacement. The process of replacing the screen took 45 minutes. The service center personnel that I interacted with also apologized.

    My pixel 4a got replaced with pixel 6a due to battery swelling issue which led to back panel damage. The parts were not being manufactured and my device was discontinued.
    Surprisingly positive resolution from Google's end.
    More than expected.

    My apple 3rd party service center idestiny was good. I purchased apple watch 8 from Amazon but received defective. While amazon refused to replace, apple replaced the watch within 1 week. Process was seamless but i wish if we could get the replacement sooner if the issue is direct from manufacturing defect.

    I recently brought Moto G73 5G from flipkart. And after using the phone for 2-3 days, I noticed there was some screen bleeding from the left bottom corner of the screen. So I went to moto service center (authorized) and showed them the phone, but surprisingly not 1 staff including the manager would agree that the screen is bleeding and told me that it happens in lcd display. Everyone at my home could see it including my friends but the staff of the service center simply went blind after seeing the screen bleed. I had a long argument with them. But they refused. And told that use the phone for some months and if the problem increases and affects half the screen then only we can do something about it. My phone is under warranty and they don't have to spend a penny to repare it, it would be done by the company but they refused it. Truely very poora customer service.

    I've visited oneplus service centre in Kolkata, I've flashed custom rom and got hard brick my motherboard was damaged but since it was under warranty , they just asked how did it happen and changed the motherboard free of cost , service centre experience is great on one plus, and fun fact you can see how they are repairing , so you can rest assured that it is going well

    Thats why I really love Samsung authorized service center. I am just visited for screen green line problem with out of warranty condition.They replace the screen within 3 hours free of cost.

    In Mumbai we have service at home, so we call them and tell the issue the guy will come with spare phone and take the damanged one and return it when it’s fixed mostly in 3-4 days. No extra charges for home visit. I am not sure how it works in Delhi.

    I had pixel 2xl and it got some issue regarding battery backup and my phone was in warranty. I didn't visited Google service centre. They picked my phone from my address and delivered with in 10 days. Also my phone had lots of scratches and dents on side. 10/10 service by Google.❤❤❤

    Bhai mere pas oppo ka neckband he (oppo encho m32) aur uska right side wale se sound kam aane lagi thi kyuki usme pani chale gaya tha aur mene uski water resistant membrane nikal di thi. To me service center pohcha ujjain, mp me aur waha ekdam seamless experience tha pehle unhone neckband ko pressurised air se clean krke dekha but there was no improvement so unhone vo replacement me daal diya. After 5 days mujhe waha se call aaya ki aapka neckband aa chuka he and I got a brand new neckband without spending a single penny!

    Experience with IQOO service centre: My IQOO 7 got dead because it got dropped in the beach. I took it to service centre (warranty had expired). They submitted it. After 2-3 days they called me and told me that approx 32k will be the repair charges. I had bought the phone for 27k itself 😂

    I have a different experience with Google Service center - something which is still going on, haven't resolved yet.
    I have Pixel 7 pro, which was randomly rebooting, there was no consistent way to reproduce, but once it happens, it was rebooting in loop and causing device to heat up.
    I reported it customer support team was asking me to do the usual reset and all, but I already tried them and it didn't work. Since they were not open to understand my issue, I left it. A couple of days later, someone from google called me and asked about the interaction. He was considerate and asked me to send my device for hardware check. They arranged pickup to B2X.
    A couple of weeks passed by, I got the device back, I noticed that my IMEI has changed - there was no job sheet, no bill nothing. I can now never exchange (or expect value decrease) the device because IMEI doesn't match my bill, nor my box. Also there is a new issue, display doesn't turn back on after phone calls. Most likely the proximity sensor is gone rogue.
    Same situation again, customer care is not open to understand the issue. I asked to repair again. They opened a new ticket, send to B2X, now there is no update after weeks, Promised date keeps moving forward every time when it reaches the date on B2X website. I contacted google chat, they told me device is under quality check and will be delivered in the newly promised time period.
    Almost a month later, I got the device back and now when I started the device - there is a clearly visible bubble on the display. I'm pissed off at Google and B2X for the service. I contacted google again, now they promised device will be serviced in F1. I waited a couple of days and found that the ticket is closed automatically without informing me because the support person who created the ticket didnt' upload my invoice. I contacted again, this time they opened ticket in a wrong address. Now it is my third attempt at creating a new ticket!.
    Its been almost 2 months now, 2 out of 12 months of warranty - the device was with google's various service centers. I believe it will take a couple of weeks more to get the device back.
    I'm not sure if they'll ask me to pay this time because because it is a display issue and I don't think the device service history is linked.

    My pixel 7 pro somersaulted from my pocket when i fell from bike skidding. It fell away from me about 10 feet. My bike got serviced for 5k but the 7 pro not even a scratch. I am astonished by looking at it. If you need to know, i am using spigen case that encloses around the edges and has a temper glass. May be its because of that but still its quite interesting. Another it fell off when riding a bike at around 30kmph on the road that is mostly pits and rocks but still not even a scratch. They sound amusing to me. Yet they need to open at least a service center in each state to process them better or outsource servicing like samsung or mi does.

    I repaired my google pixel2xl, 2 years ago. In Patna they don't have any service center so they delivered the phone at my location. My phone's camera and power button was damaged for that they took more than 8000. They repaired it very well. But yes the concern remains for the time they take!They took approx 10-14 days.

    Vivo iQOO service centre told me same with iQOO Z6 Lite 5g. Till now no service. Its under warranty. All bugs are features and connection issue is my issue not device issue. Despite not facing amy issues previously before this device or with another device or my brother's device Samsung and Xiaomi. No after sakes service provided. Hoping for some help to get refund or replacement. I visited Tilak Nagar and Patel Nagar service centre in New Delhi. And wasted 6 to 7 hours every time . And till now i have visited 4 times since June purchase. I dont feel like using or buying any other phone if such after sales service is provided by brands selling in India.

    The biggest problem with their repair policy is that either they will repair all of none.
    If you have a phone with minor display crack and faulty mic and you want just the mic to be fixed, that's not possible with them. They will replace both display and mic or none.
    Why forced repairing. Let user decide what to repair and what not with the consequences.

    Better to prefer Google mail-in services if your phone is under warranty. My pixel gets repaired in 6 days only, which is quite impressive.

    I bought Google pixel 6a in April end but it's showing too many problems now. Not just now but it started to show several problems right after a month. Its camera was really bad right from the beginning. Now, it gets off automatically anytime, heats up like it'll burst. Will this be covered in the warranty? I have to visit the service centre because it is becoming too hard to handle. Please suggest @TechBar . I'm from Gurgaon.

    even i went to f1 solution in lajpat nagar yesterday for pixel 6a (had a green tint and black crush issue) , waited for almost half n hour just for the "engineer" to say , ye toh saare hi phone mai hai , aapka koi naya case nahi hai (like i alerady dont know that :/) the executive said there are very less pixel buyers in india since only few ppl came for servicing ( that too for the green tint and black crush) and servicing may take 15 days or more(if youre living in rural area) . also met a guy who came from kashmir for repairing his nothing phone ....
