Heck yeah the alien compound is super gummy! I honestly think the stiff foams people have been talking trash about might be necessary to get the max out of them. 🤔 I just put the soft foams in and about to go see how they compare now. 🤘😜

Hay, might all ready be said but I use a dremel tool cut off wheel to cut slots around the whole tire. Makes it playable but firm on side hills. The more cuts you make the softer ur outer tire. Very effective on these smaller foams & tires.
Neat idea I prefer not to put holes in the tires when I can help it. I do drill the wheels to vent them though. These Pit Bill that are alien Kompound tires are so gummy and soft though they would just sit flat without any foam to support them.
@@TJthercGuy hay, sry I was meaning the foam insert not the tire itself. Make 1/8" deep slits or whatever you think would be best around the whole foam. Gives your tire perfect give like a 2 stage foam.
Those wheels look good on the Gladiator. Haven't looked good, that bumper have a fairlead? That looks a lot better than the original and I want to get one but I want the use of a 'winch' key retainer. Would be nice if there's a matching rear bumper too.
No there’s no fairlead in the bumper but it wouldn’t be to hard to put a small slot in it. Don’t think Treal has made a rear bumper yet ether unfortunately.
Haven’t ran the hyrax yet but I have seen them in 1/10th vs Pit Bull rock beasts. The pit bull tires performed a bit better. But it’s been a couple yrs thanks to the pandemic unfortunately. Next time a have some $ to spare I’ll try to pick up some hyrax tires at the local shop. ✌️🙂
I haven’t tried the micro Proline Hyrax but in the 1/10th the Pit bull rocker/rock beast out performed them but not by much and I’m sure different terrains make a difference to.

According to Pit Bulls site they lost them as 1.975” so just a hair under the Rc4wd kr3’s.
