I am an American in California. I keep reading that Koreans frown on fat people. The girls singing this are rather overweight for what I understand are Korean aesthetic standards. I think the fattest singer in this threesome has the prettiest face. Take off about 30 lbs and she could easily be an idol.,
I love how hyolyn encourages them to give their best through her smiling and dancing with them, you can tell the moment she saw them she was not judgmental in any way.. such a humble soul
I think because Hyolyn got a lot of comments on her own appearance. She strayed away from the typical fair skin and body type. She must understand that your body doesn’t dictate your talent. She has always been one of the singers I look forward too

They deserve recognition. The song it's not that easy. It includes: - High notes - Adlibs (high notes) - Powerful tone - Vibratto - Soft tone - Rap Etc. I know it's not as difficult as others, but neither it's easy. Not forgot to mention stamina lol

The one in the middle has so much control in her voice, her highs are airy and light and her rap was on point! Red Jersey has an amazing lower register and such power too! The girl with the white shirt held her ground too, she had a gentle voice that held strength. Beautiful straight to the end 🤩

Technique-wise, lady in the middle is the best. The lady in jersey was chesty, low-larynxed, airy, and pushing. Her vocal colour is nice though. I love husky voices haha. They’re all really good but lady in the dress had better technique i guess.

the laughing sound wasnt supposed to be offensive. this show is a singing competition and they prepared not only their voices but their dance moves as well. the laugh was for them being extra because no one was expecting them to do the dance

The great thing about these girls is that they basically possess everything the industry wants. A powerful voice (girl on the right); a husky, seductive voice (girl in the middle); and a voice with a versatile range that sounds effortless (girl on the left)
Seriously, I love her tone. To my ear, the color of her voice reminds me of CL. I wish I could hear more from all three of them, this is one of the best fantastic duo's.

For everybody commenting about the laughing track at the start, the laughing track was probably put there because the contestants' expressions suddenly changed. The subtitle says 돌변, which in Korean means "sudden change". The laughing track is not at all related to the girls themselves and their appearance but more because of their unexpected change in expressions :)
It is NOT easy to sing a song in front of the original singers, but these girls managed to do it so EFFORTLESSLY! Wow... They really stole the song and made it theirs. This is a girl group dynamic I NEED. Their harmonization's I don't even know where to start. Wow.

I have to disagree, I think the girl with the red jersey deserves to be the main vocalist. You can tell she has a lot of vocal experience with the runs she did, and the way she can control her voice. The girl in the white shirt is also good but just because she can hit high notes doesn't necessarily mean she should be the main. We all have different opinions tho. :)
I agree with white shirt being main. Shes the most comfortable one in the highnotes mid and low. She also got less parts and still showcase her voice more. She also had the best technique too

I feel both the contestants and Sistar give different interpretation of the song. Sistar being more seductive and timid, whereas the contestants give a strong powerful rendition. Both are great.
And the contestants were still super seductive too! They just became way more aggressive (in a good way of course!) as the song went on. It was like as the song went on it became more of a declaration than a seduction and it was so cool!
sistar's version was seductive with the intention of trying to get the person's attention while the three contestants were aggresive and like "hey! look at me!"
Those ladies are just so amazing. It's amazing how they managed to sing the song perfectly in front of the original artists whom is considered to be one of the best girl group in Kpop.
The downside of this is that if they were to debut as a group their company wouldn't let them keep their own image they would put them on a diet or even surgery's but honestly that is the dark side of kpop that I hate . Kpop companies think everything needs to be perfect when these girls are already perfect the way they are.

Honestly, I think that they should form a trio and promote a different message about Korean beauty and in the industry. They don't need to be a certain size to have talent, and talent shouldn't be on visuals. it should on solely talent and the message they send out.
Plus, people need to know that people can be beautiful without having to conform to what others may want... I have to disagree, I think the girl with the red jersey deserves to be the main vocalist. You can tell she has a lot of vocal experience with the runs she did, and the way she can control her voice. The girl in the white shirt is also good but just because she can hit high notes doesn't necessarily mean she should be the main. We all have different opinions tho. :)

I feel both the contestants and Sistar give different interpretation of the song. Sistar being more seductive and timid, whereas the contestants give a strong powerful rendition. Both are great.
