I’ve had a mastectomy last December and finish up 6 months of chemo … while pregnant!!! … in 3 weeks and God has been beyond merciful and abundant. I’ve wanted for nothing during this time and through strangers he’s showed his love. Baby boy is strong and kicking and I have full faith He will remain sovereign and faithful. Like the young woman who wrote in about not having parents … that’s me too! And your take on God wanting us to learn him personally was eye opening, as I don’t have parents or grandparents…THANK YOU!

Been where this writer is many times! Allowing God to be the father I did not have and to trust, whew! That’s why it is called faith🙌🏻 God is also not a “wish fulfilling” vending machine. He sees the greater purpose. Having said that, I send you prayers and a hug as you go through trials and learn to trust him in your fear.

I have been through some very very tough times, and I knew in the midst when I was angry God was going to help me. Well, things are finally looking up for me. However, there are people most closest to me who are not happy that I am finally happy & moving on because this disrupts the storyline they had made me for me. This hurts me really bad, as I can’t escape it…but I will eventually with my person & I am very happy. Today I woke up a bit sad and stressed, stressed for the future and I needed this reminder. God is a good God. He knew I needed to hear this video and I'm grateful to the young lady for her honesty and vulnerability. While her story isn't mine, I recognize her anger and sorrow because I have it too. I've read the verses on resting in God, but didn't understand what that looks like in practical application. Good morning to all of my beautiful sisters in Christ. This video was absolutely beautiful. Thank sister Bindi for sharing this. Just to share a brief testimony. I'm the youngest of all of my mom's children,and I'm the only one that my mom named a meaningful name (Faith). I had strong abandonment issues due to my parents divorcing when I was very young,and this video just gave me clarity of The Lord showing himself Faithful through my trials and tribulations that he will never leave me or forsake me. I've been through much and The Lord has never left my side,so through my trials and tribulations he's healing my abandonment issues showing that he'll always be here with me. I love you sisters with the Love of The Lord. This was beautiful.
Just an additional sentiment for the writer of the letter. God gives you rest through the renewing of your mind and not just your circumstances. His grace is sufficient for us. Suffering is plentiful in the life of the believer, but when you believe you see your suffering differently. It helps you grow in patience, character and hope. A living sacrifice for our holy and merciful God. May you find understanding and wisdom. ❤️
I would even go one step of further and say God is NOT in our circumstances. Not in a single one. He is just not micromanaging our lives, no, He did a so much greater thing to save our souls and give us eternal life as a free gift by faith through grace. We are His heavenly people, as Israel is His earthly people. Israels promises and blessings belong to this earth, in times past God interfered a lot through circumstances, giving blessings or judgement to Israel or other nations. Bur our blessings are all of a spiritual kind, they belong to our spirit and inner man. We walk by faith,not by sight. And we have no gifts of healing, safety, wealth or other bodily benefits in this dispensation of grace. We are perfect in Christ, we have all blessings already as a present possesion. Our prayers according to the present administration are concerning our spiritual growing, the fruits of the Holy Spirit in us and others. Salvation is not getting our sins forgiven, it is believing they already ARE. Because of what Christ did , only His blood was the sufficient payment for the worlds sins. God's timing is so perfect. I usually try to watch your videos as SOON as they are uploaded but this one had been on my watch later playlist since it was uploaded until I finally had time to watch and listen. You handled this letter with such compassion and empathy while speaking the truth in love and it reminded me of the goodness and sovereignty of God in my own life even when circumstances are less than. I believe that the things we go through are not just for ourselves, but for others, to help them and so that God can get the glory.
Jesus, hear my prayers. I want to quit but I’m holding on to my faith. As a single parent things are hard on me both of my sons are special needs and require so much from me. I’m constantly struggling to provide the basic necessities for them I’m so ashamed. God hear my prayers. Every month I constantly struggle to pay my bills and struggle to provide groceries for my children Im so ashamed. BUT I KEEP FAITH. Even though I want to give up. Amen! 🙏🏾❤️

This was sound advise. You covered all bases. ❤ Now about faith... One can have faith in their ability to strategize and it yields results. That's why even unbelievers prosper. Then there is faith in God. Which involves His process, way and timeline. Walking around a building seven times is not a war strategy. His ways have always looked foolish, until things work out. My advise is, listen to God's instructions for your life regardless of how foolish you might look. God always makes the difference.🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️

Footprints in the Sand POEM: One night I dreamed a dream. As I was walking along the beach with my Lord. Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, One belonging to me and one to my Lord. After the last scene of my life flashed before me, I looked back at the footprints in the sand. I noticed that at many times along the path of my life, especially at the very lowest and saddest times, there was only one set of footprints. This really troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it. "Lord, you said once I decided to follow you, You'd walk with me all the way. But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life, there was only one set of footprints. I don't understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me." He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you Never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you."

Believe it or not, God was with you all along. Who else gave you the strength to carry your family through from a young age. You have done nothing through your own strength, He was with you through it all. You couldn’t feel Him, or see Him, but God was there! You are still standing because of God. He takes you through the dark times to make you stronger! He instilled knowledge and wisdom in you. You think you was abandoned when in fact all I hear in your letter is a testimony!!!!!!
This was such a powerful video. So much was just being revealed even though my life. I can relate so much to a lot and there were times I ask God where are you or do you see me. When I was homeless pregnant in my third trimester with my 1 year old and my husband I had so many questions and at that time i didn’t get my answer. I was so angry and upset not understanding did God forgot about us. It was so hard and nothing we could do but in that moment God was moving I just couldn’t get out how I was feeling and what I was seeing. The biggest thing he wanted me to see was will I still worship honor and be obedient to him even through this harsh time and that was super challenging especially when worship songs would be sung. After a whole year of struggling to find a place dealing with being homeless from our car to staying at my dad I just didn’t see a end result but now we are in a place and I am closer to God then I ever been and I truly believe without I don’t where I would be. So this video is further more a reminder how holy sovereign and good God is ❤
Jesus. 🎉 He’s the one we look towards. Job, Joseph, David, Abraham are all lives/events pointing towards the Messiah. Jesus experienced all the same emotional difficulties with out sin so he’s able to bear our burdens and forgive our sins as Matthew states. I loved the points you made about prayer, Gods attributes, our temptation to feel as though we’ve been abandoned. I would also commend our sister in Christ to repent of any misapplied guilt she’s mistakenly applied to the Holy God. I’ve definitely gone through these kids of trials and have come out refined. This is the work the Lord loves to do.

To the author of that letter, I am less than halfway through the video, so I do not know if this was one of the suggestions or advice given to you. Yet, I will still say it; I urge you to pray to god and flat out say to him that it is so hard to trust him, but ask him to show you the ways in which he was with you in those times of troubles. Tell him, "God reveal to me, where were you in that time that I was ...?" I can tell you from experience of someone who has not had an easy life at all, that God is always with you. He doesn't make bad things happen to good people, but he always uses it for a greater purpose. The world was darkness, the world is darkness, God is the light in it.

Christians, don't come for me, please. I was raised Christian and quickly moved away from this as a teen because the similarities between an abusive father who you're told you should love and a god who you're told the same about were too great. The scriptures quoted evoke the same emotions that I felt when relatives encouraged me to have faith in a broken human relationship and told me it was up to me to make an effort (gas lighting). Coming from that place I get this letter writer. Faith is hard and most times impossible to come by
I was abused in church and it can really be a challenge to be encouraged by scripture because I am sometimes scared of been to gentle, yet have no protection for myself and thereby been used and abused again. I love but people have to be held accountable and repent. There is no other way.

Suffering is a way to clean your soul, you can offer your suffering to a cause, like Jesus suffer in the Cross for our salvation. you can offer the salvation of all the soul, your family member, conversion. keep praying sometimes you can't feel the prayers but God always listens. As my wife was talking about unrecognized talent, my wife used Sexy Red as an example, stating (generally) “I have more talent than her, but she’s richer than me.” As she grows her channel, I feel she is in a place where she doesn’t understand the mission of her platform. I used your channel as an example for how she should strive to present herself. ( That very much upsets her ). Please do a video about how you found your purpose and identity while creating your channel, and what your opinion is on the expressions and success of creators like Sexy Red!
Great question! I too have a you tube channel. Not as big as Bindi's but I'm okay with that. I'll offer you some tips. I started my channel because I'm passionate about Eschatology. There aren't many women studying these things either. It was LOOOONG over due. I don't show my face, no fancy editing, and post as time permits because I'm a wife and mother of 5. And I recognize that this hurts my growth, but it works for me. I often have to remind myself that my work is unto the Lord. I'm not doing it for anyone else but him. That means I make peace with what I'm doing whether I have 10 subscribers or 1000 because it's not about me. It's about sharing God's message with whomever he chooses to bring to my channel. I let HIM bring the growth. So Im keen on not getting caught up in comparisons. Worldly channels will ALWAYS do better. She must Accept that. And we must be certain that whatever we do for the Lord isn't about what we can benefit from it, but instead how can we bless him name, bless his kingdom and share his message. This will take being honest about our motives and some self reflection. What's the "WHY" behind what we're doing. If we let go of what we cannot control and just be consistent and faithful in doing our work and service unto the Lord...... HE brings the increase. And then we bless him with gratitude for that increase.... whether great or small. 😊

There are many Black people who have done well & live great lives, maybe you should tap into history. And instead of focusing on the bad that has happened to us, look at it as a way God strengthen us as people. We are more than our skin color.
God is always good! I’ve had a similar journey and it’s very hard but ask Jesus to change your heart from a heart of stone to a heart of flesh. He has done it for me, when I’ve had struggles in my life. The TRAUMA must be resolved and activating the PARASYMPATHETIC nervous system will allow healing is very important. Sing the psalms is both warfare and will help to reset your nervous system and pray for Jesus to help you. Things are very different once your whole system comes out of survival mode. Be very kind to yourself and take your time. Psalm 139 God knows each of us and He knows how we heal and Psalm 100 ❤️🩹❤️

Believe it or not, God was with you all along. Who else gave you the strength to carry your family through from a young age. You have done nothing through your own strength, He was with you through it all. You couldn’t feel Him, or see Him, but God was there! You are still standing because of God. He takes you through the dark times to make you stronger! He instilled knowledge and wisdom in you. You think you was abandoned when in fact all I hear in your letter is a testimony!!!!!!

This was such a powerful video. So much was just being revealed even though my life. I can relate so much to a lot and there were times I ask God where are you or do you see me. When I was homeless pregnant in my third trimester with my 1 year old and my husband I had so many questions and at that time i didn’t get my answer. I was so angry and upset not understanding did God forgot about us. It was so hard and nothing we could do but in that moment God was moving I just couldn’t get out how I was feeling and what I was seeing. The biggest thing he wanted me to see was will I still worship honor and be obedient to him even through this harsh time and that was super challenging especially when worship songs would be sung. After a whole year of struggling to find a place dealing with being homeless from our car to staying at my dad I just didn’t see a end result but now we are in a place and I am closer to God then I ever been and I truly believe without I don’t where I would be. So this video is further more a reminder how holy sovereign and good God is ❤

I loved the points you made about prayer, Gods attributes, our temptation to feel as though we’ve been abandoned. I would also commend our sister in Christ to repent of any misapplied guilt she’s mistakenly applied to the Holy God.
I’ve definitely gone through these kids of trials and have come out refined. This is the work the Lord loves to do.

To the author of that letter, I am less than halfway through the video, so I do not know if this was one of the suggestions or advice given to you. Yet, I will still say it; I urge you to pray to god and flat out say to him that it is so hard to trust him, but ask him to show you the ways in which he was with you in those times of troubles. Tell him, "God reveal to me, where were you in that time that I was ...?" I can tell you from experience of someone who has not had an easy life at all, that God is always with you. He doesn't make bad things happen to good people, but he always uses it for a greater purpose. The world was darkness, the world is darkness, God is the light in it.

Christians, don't come for me, please. I was raised Christian and quickly moved away from this as a teen because the similarities between an abusive father who you're told you should love and a god who you're told the same about were too great. The scriptures quoted evoke the same emotions that I felt when relatives encouraged me to have faith in a broken human relationship and told me it was up to me to make an effort (gas lighting). Coming from that place I get this letter writer. Faith is hard and most times impossible to come by

I was abused in church and it can really be a challenge to be encouraged by scripture because I am sometimes scared of been to gentle, yet have no protection for myself and thereby been used and abused again. I love but people have to be held accountable and repent. There is no other way.

As my wife was talking about unrecognized talent, my wife used Sexy Red as an example, stating (generally) “I have more talent than her, but she’s richer than me.”
As she grows her channel, I feel she is in a place where she doesn’t understand the mission of her platform.
I used your channel as an example for how she should strive to present herself. ( That very much upsets her ).

Great question! I too have a you tube channel. Not as big as Bindi's but I'm okay with that. I'll offer you some tips. I started my channel because I'm passionate about Eschatology. There aren't many women studying these things either. It was LOOOONG over due. I don't show my face, no fancy editing, and post as time permits because I'm a wife and mother of 5. And I recognize that this hurts my growth, but it works for me. I often have to remind myself that my work is unto the Lord. I'm not doing it for anyone else but him. That means I make peace with what I'm doing whether I have 10 subscribers or 1000 because it's not about me. It's about sharing God's message with whomever he chooses to bring to my channel. I let HIM bring the growth. So Im keen on not getting caught up in comparisons. Worldly channels will ALWAYS do better. She must Accept that. And we must be certain that whatever we do for the Lord isn't about what we can benefit from it, but instead how can we bless him name, bless his kingdom and share his message. This will take being honest about our motives and some self reflection. What's the "WHY" behind what we're doing. If we let go of what we cannot control and just be consistent and faithful in doing our work and service unto the Lord...... HE brings the increase. And then we bless him with gratitude for that increase.... whether great or small. 😊

That couldn't be further from the truth, dear one! Please don't conflate worldly racist people with the Most High God. They're not a representation of God's preferences. We're the only ones that God blessed with melanin, which is a natural protection from the sun's rays that's literally more than gold! According to science, the more melanin you have, the less your pineal gland is calcified. And the less calcified your pineal is, the closer you are to God!
You'd be surprised. You may want to reread your Bible and focus on Deuteronomy. There is a reason why we specifically go through what we go through; we are not invisible to TMH... trust Him. I am a black woman who has received much favor in my life.
There are many Black people who have done well & live great lives, maybe you should tap into history. And instead of focusing on the bad that has happened to us, look at it as a way God strengthen us as people. We are more than our skin color.

God is always good! I’ve had a similar journey and it’s very hard but ask Jesus to change your heart from a heart of stone to a heart of flesh. He has done it for me, when I’ve had struggles in my life. The TRAUMA must be resolved and activating the PARASYMPATHETIC nervous system will allow healing is very important. Sing the psalms is both warfare and will help to reset your nervous system and pray for Jesus to help you. Things are very different once your whole system comes out of survival mode. Be very kind to yourself and take your time. Psalm 139 God knows each of us and He knows how we heal and Psalm 100 ❤️🩹❤️
