Australia ‘so far behind’ the Western world on gender affirming care regulation

- Sky News host Caleb Bond has slammed Australia for being behind on gender affirming care for children.
This comes amid the government’s review into gender-affirming care, which covers the use of puberty blockers for children with gender dysphoria.
“The rest of the world has moved in the last few years when it comes to how children in particular should be treated for gender dysphoria,” Mr Bond said.
“The UK had the Cass Review … the US has moved on this and yet it feels like in Australia we are so far behind the western world.”
Any medical profession that even touched a child without the parents consent deserve to be charged with child abuse and spend a very long time in jail. They need to be made an example of.
The whole idea of trans children is insane and we need to ensure nothing like this happens again.
Tax payers money being wasted everywhere.

If it was made mandatory that the child's guardian must have the same treatment as the child, watch how quickly they'd disappear.
Kids don’t know the difference between right or wrong until they’re 18..
All that is, is the " legal " age the grubberment suggests.
Most can't make proper decisions until into their 20's.

16 year olds are not ADULT, very often confused and emotional.
Grey matter still developing - not fully developed till early to mid twenties.

Sometimes there is a psychological issue. I remember seeing a story about twins and one was treated more favourably than the other so decided it was because of the s€x so decided they wanted to change. Another showed parents dressing kids in THEIR own PREFERRED gender. In one case where joint custody was given separated parents, the boy was dressed as a girl at his mum’s and as a boy at his dad’s where he was happy. The mum was pushing fir a ‘change” before HE was even 10. Do you think parents don’t try and influence their child?
